Another Great Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy utilizing all the unique formats and viewing outputs that Smartsheet provides. This offers a unique look for my teams and clients to be able to implement feedback and changes at all times.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although relatively intutive to use, Smartsheet does take time to learn.

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheets can provide a lot of functionality that I had never even thought that I needed, that now feels indespensible. There's so much that you can achieve without needing to learn tons of different commands. It's able to be used across various use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only real issue is that because it's online, it's not part of our normal company file system, which can be a bit difficult because it's separate from all of our other files. That being said, the upsides significantly outweigh this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The collapsable sections within tables makes reading our tracking sheets for different issues much easier because we can close the sections that aren't applicable to what we're looking at right now. The timeline feature with the built in flow chart elements is incredibly helpful for setting up templates that we use for our different process timelines. It makes it clear to visualize and communicate the way that the deadlines would work. Also, the automation for allowing forms to automatically enter has made it so much easier to track different failures that we experience. The reporter just sees a webpage where they enter what they need without any need for setup on their side and we're able to process the data as necessary in an easy chart that gets automatically updated.
Intuitive, self explanatory software
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to automate the creation and management of timelines greatly increases my team's productivity. It's become our go-to resource for project management as well as resource management, and the templates and training that Smartsheet offers lends itself to being easily adapted and implemented across different job functions and teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
When creating a report and dashboard, it can be slightly confusing to develop them correctly if you're not a well-versed user of the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet allows for our team and clients alike to work from a single source of information for all of our projects, increasing collaboration efforts and productivity as well.

One of the major upsides of using smartsheets is that we can cororidate on items globally and having to manage excel file.s

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is a game-changer for our procurement department. Its transparent and teamwork-friendly platform that enhances our day-to-day activities significantly.

Lack of analitic tools that we still need to source from other platforms.

Smartsheet doubles up as a comprehensive archive for essential procurement documents such as contracts, quotes, and supplier profiles. This multifaceted approach streamlines our processes, making it an indispensable asset for our team.
Very good platform for cooperation - also beyond project management
What do you like best about the product?
The conectivity and usability for the standard functionality is very easy.
With conectivity I mean that files can easliy be linked with G-Drive and avoid redundancy of data. Also the connection between several projects allows to use samrsheet as a programm management tool.

What do you dislike about the product?
The workflows are not so easy and intuitive to create.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With samrtsheet I can easily create a roadmap for my main priorities. At the next step I can creat a project plan for each of the projects in the roadmap and linke all together.
The comment function helps me to stay in contact with each team meber very easily.

Smartsheet is a helpful product that could be more intuitive

Easy to share spreadsheets and large amounts of information
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to include bulleted information or other longer pieces of information in a cell - would be nice if it had similar features to Excel

Allowing users from different organizations to see the same information

What do you like best about the product?
I am a product manager and I rely on smart sheets every day to organize product data and facilitate the development of my products. The best thing I like is it neatly organizes my product data in one place.

I have experienced data-saving issues or data disappears

Data Organization and teams to work together with real-time updates and comments.
Smartsheet is a user friendly tool allowing one central place for collaboration.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of Smartsheet is the flexibility and ease of use. I am on Smartsheet daily, able to quickly create/modify data and workflows as needed. I love using forms to collect data, and automations to quickly move data around.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful thing about Smartsheet is the limits on sheet size. Files quickly become too large which stalls automations. Beyond that, it has a bit of a nickel and dime feeling when it comes to the variety of features it offers as add ons.

Smartsheet is solving the problem of non-centralized project management. It is enabling our teams to work together more seemlessly.
Making Smartsheets work in the Fire Industry
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I was able to recreate many outdated forms we had within the department and make them more excessible to all personnel. The paper was limited in printing and there was more communication happening.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more options for dashboards. The charts don't seem to work. I also wish the formulas were a little bit more user friendly or were replicated as in excel.

They are allowing the ease of access in creating forms that can track our data and keep data secure.
