Great resource
What do you like best about the product?
Very useful for timelines and easy to edit and make updates

Due to the formatting, it sometimes can look very busy or complicated upon first glance

Timelines- I just need to update the document once and everyone can see it. Saves me time from having the individually update people for the smallest change in timelines

Its sheets are good having multiple columns that enable filtering of relevant information for the projects we work on.
I like the intake form that summarize details of the project, initiatives etc.
Dashboards provide a good insight into completed and started projects by a time period.

What do you dislike about the product?
I noticed automation is sometimes having issues. Like I enter details into an intake form but it won't show inside the sheet and some fields remain blank.
Also I tried to change the owner of the project and despite that I still receive notifications about the project being overdue while it's really not mine.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recording of all projects as we do quarterly reviews and SS is great for tracking purposes.
Smartsheets are an eye opener
What do you like best about the product?
I have found Smartsheet to be extremely easy to use, I have been able to create my own Smartsheet’s with no issues and have easily been able to convert existing spreadsheets into Smartsheet. I have easily been able to access and update Smartsheet set up by other members of staff and I use Smartsheet every day of the working week.
I am really enjoying using Smartsheet, they allow me to easily share information in a meaningful way with my work colleagues and to track my own tasks in a very efficient manner. I am particularly pleased with the reminder functions and the fact that I can upload copies of emails/ documents sent so that I do not have to track through all my emails to find the relevant one when I need to send reminders out to other members of our company/external sources.

It is quickly becoming the main way that my team shares important information and updates and allows me to easily manage my daily workloads and collaborate with staff across my company on important tasks and projects
It's highly collaborative, set up a great model for other collaboration online apps.

the filter is very convenient and easy to track all the statuses or add documents. The customer support is very timely. and it's intuitive and easy to use. also the customer success team is very helpful to keep me on track.

somehow the notification of the smartsheet is sent to the 'other' folder of my Outlook. and that makes me miss some of them

We use Smartsheet to consolidate the project information and that enabled us to archive info in a timely and comprehensive manner.

Sometimes it can be difficult to work out what button does what when you are used to the layout of exel

It allows us to share sheets throughout our team and share with external users making colaboration very easy

What do you like best about the product?
Our organization initially implemented the use of Smartsheet for new project launch and tracking, however have since rolled this out as a tracking tool for a number of different internal functions due to its ease of use, collaborative nature and and automated reporting functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
One feature I wish would change is the lack of real-time updating of any given sheet. When you have the main task sheet open and someone adds a note or line item, this is not visible unless the page is refreshed. Not a major issue but have experienced times when a team member mentions a line item that is not visible to me as it has just been added. Again simply to rectify, but an issue nonetheless.

Alignment of multiple stakeholder and team members, easy tracking of tasks and action items as well as automated reporting of task status.
Easy & Efficient to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can share a sheet as a group & work on the same projects together. Easy to build surveys to send out and easy to complete the survey on the reciepients end.

I don't have anything negative to say about Smartsheets to be honest

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheets is very intuitive if you are familiar with Excel. I like how the reporting features can be modified for different audiences with just a bit of tweaking and duplicating. The automation and email features make it easy to follow up on requests. Additionally, the forms feature makes it easy to keep everything in Smartsheets versus using multiple apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a huge learning curve for complex processes, and when you look for help online, there are always multiple ways to solve problems. The support staff is so helpful, but there is a cost associated with getting access to them. Definitely worth it in my opinion, but another consideration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet helps my team manage intakes from multiple sources and funnel it to appropriate teams. It also serves as a project management portal for all team projects and tasks.
Beneficial for Operation Tracking and Streamlining Tasks
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using Smartsheet to track large amounts of information associated with a project or task that will require breakdown of actions. It is visually appealing, easy to use, and tracks timelines efficiently to ensure the best use of the platform, and it used often for project tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be better training around using the best template to use for different tasks. It is sometimes hard to tell which template to use based on needs, it would be helpful to get tailored support to use the best template
