MY VISION ABOUT SMARTHEET
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet provides a beautiful vision of a smart, simple-to-use spreadsheet. My favorite part is the possibility of attaching documents to each line, making the spreadsheet dynamic.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the impossibility of creating tabs within spreadsheets
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are always updating the site and making it the best

What do you like best about the product?
I like all the additional capabilites Smartsheet has compared to something like Excel - dashboards, reports, etc. Easy to customize and make it your own.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate that you can't format the column names. It drives me crazy that I can't center the column names, and then it looks weird on reports, dashboards, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to keep tasks organized and tracked for programs, and each individual task owner can be notified of their tasks when needed. Dashboards are used to display program information in an easy to digest way for others. Can track internal/external FTE rescourcing, budgeting, etc.
My company adopted this tool for our PMO organization and it has been a game changer!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility and easy tracking that Smartsheet provides. As a PM, it is easy to take on and track a lot of tasks, but Smartsheet provides so many tracking and reminder features that allow me to stay ahead of issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the copy feature when trying to move data from one sheet to another.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet solves the hassle of having to create a project plan from scratch. The templates provided have been amazing and allow me to stay organized and effective as a PM.

Smartsheet is basically the tool i needed to make projects easier and more effiecent. A shift in the schedule and with one click the whole schedule shifts. No more manually sliding colured bowes and dates with risk of an error

Takes a moment to learn the back office but once you have it learned you are good to go.

Organizing timelines and schedules for projects is made a whole lot easier with smartsheet.

Great work tool!
What do you like best about the product?
It is mult-functional and can be used for many different things ranging from a database to inventory to a quality check system using forms. Liscence only needed for creartors but anyone can access what is created. Easy to use once you adjust to it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cell and row limitations. If using as a running sheet you will eventually run out of space and have to "Archive"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet helps me track multiple projects along with their progress. Also keeps responsible parties update by sending out alerts and reminders. Customization has helped with converting a quality system over to digital that meets requirements.

Its easy to learn to work with and it provides great tools.

It doenst always connect with our slack channel

It crates a system in which we receive the questions to the legal team and we can store the answers in our database.

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility it gives you in creating your sheets. And that the usage is close to excel, which makes it easy to learn :)
What do you dislike about the product?
That you can't create good templates with it. It would be great if it would be smart enough to understand when you are deleting passages in the template and it could re-arrange the template accordingly.

It gives you the chance to have a tailored process that fits your needs.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is a perfect tool to manage our company system. I am using it for manging our financial documents now and it is very convenient. All the papers are stored within a single application.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am using smartsheet on both laptop browser and on IOS for Ipad. I think it is quite inconvenient when the app constantly asks me to log in whenever I want to use it. It would be nice if there is an option that I can log in one time and stay there for a while.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet helps me a lot in term of storing documents. It really helps to boost up our administrative process and very convenient.

Several people can work on a sheet. Love the attachment feature
What do you dislike about the product?
Just recently the search feature was changed and it is now very cumbersome to do my job. I have to search with subset of data across different sheets. Prior to a recent change all I had to do was put "*" and it would search across the sheet. This change has really effected our business negatively

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet Automation, Control Center for administration. I have been able to use these features to automate and elevate collaboration/productivity within the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
This may not be an issue to most users but as an analyst with experience using other data visualization tools, I can't help but notice the shortcomings of smartsheet dashboard compared to other tools. I wouldn't say it is totally bad, it works and the team is constantly improving it...it is just not as developed as the standard tools in the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project and portfolio management. Smartsheet definitely makes it easier to get this done.
