Great for organization, collaboration and project management
What do you like best about the product?
I'm constantly looking for things to improve efficiency. I've implemented smartsheet at several companies because of that. It requires very little training to get up and running. There's loads of trainer videos and a great community forum. They're constantly updating and adding features that users want.
Love that there's activity tracking, version control, you don't have to worry about multiple users updating at a time and it's versatile. every department can find value in it.

What do you dislike about the product?
Discovering it can't do something and having to wait until the feature is added. Some of the reports. dashbaords and views can be tricky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet allows us to collaborate among a large team and multiple departments. We have use cases in marketing, HR, sales, accounting and IT.
The program is excellent for document control.
What do you like best about the product?
Version control of documents saved to the site is automatic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Updating a document and making changes on a shared live platform is not possible.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can easily add tasks and Jira tickets, and share them with everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well it can be a bit slow for loading large type of sheets some times.

Smartsheet helps me organize and track all my projects in one place, including task management and proper flow of seeing Jira tickets. This improves team efficiency and avoids problems

What do you like best about the product?
There are quite a few things that i really like about the software. These are as follows -
1.Efficient use of task scheduling and Tracking - Tasks can be assigned to the team members, deadlines could be set and progress could be seen through smartsheet.
2. Collaborate easily - Multiple members in the team can work on a single sheet in real time.
3. Add comments - Members can add comments on the sheet which is quite effective in communication.
4. Customized Templates - We can use different templates depending on the type of project.
5. Allows Integration - We can integrate with different products such as JIRA & Microsoft office.
6. Easy to use- Since the User Interface resembles that of excel it becomes much easier to use.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it becomes laggy when you have large pages. Also, we have to click on save button everytime, instead the progress could be saved on the cloud by the app itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The major problem smartsheet is solving is the way of managing projects and streamlining goals. With smartsheet I could easily know the tasks that are assigned to me, the deadlines that are set and also can collaborate with the team members.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to customize it for different needs, integrating fellow colleagues and following up in group projects is extremely easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sharing with others who don't have Smartsheet can be tricky.

Ease of workflow and joint collaboration
Smartsheet provides so such more than Excel.

Setting functions in cells is much more combursome (such a pain).

A truly powerful tool to create workflows, gather and disseminate information
What do you like best about the product?
The level of control users have in creating intelligent sheets, reports and dashboards. The agility it provides is much beyond admin-controlled solutions and allows every project to be controlled by it's users.
The data input tools (forms and update requests) allow collaboration in a way few others tools can really match.
The tutorials and documentation are also very good and complete, which allows users to evolve on their own.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some grand features (AI, multiple viewing options) are being worked on and added - but some basic features (column title addressing, array formulas) have yet to be implemented. The roadmap is a little unclear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows collaboration with external users and internal project managers, as well as having a constantly evolving sheet that morphs along with the projects requirements. It also allows data reconcilliation (with Datamesh) for the external clients providing data in a ever changing format.

It makes project management miles easier

Some clients have preferences and don't always like smartsheet which is why sometimes we need to create our own documents to send out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to create timelines and set workflow management that our clients can review and stay on top of.

What do you like best about the product?
Google smartsheet is a very good option for all those people who are working for data analysis, data calculation, data interpretation,etc

Only thing that I wanna say is offline client tool.

3. Communication Barrier removed- With the help of comments we are updated with project status.
