What do you like best about the product?
In-built templates for project management

sheet column manipulation is more complex than excel, need to take time to train users

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to collaborate on many projects and documents. I like that we can all work in it together and tag each other. We've been using it heavily as we are working on a multi-year, multi-million dollar project so it's been great to have a massive project be organized in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The desktop application's scroll functionality isn't great. Sometimes the bottom scroll disappears. I would say that the navigation could be easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having every task and project in one place has been great. Also having the ability to work in there while someone else is in there is useful. I also like the ability to tag people. The templates are also helpful.
Great way to organize upcoming projects and schedule crews.
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet filters are great to create multiple boards with specific intent instead of scouring all data. I have three boards that dictate my day to day tasks and work great! The cell history is also beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the adminstrative controls can be annoying when trying to collaborate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using smartsheet, I can prioritize my tasks based off the project start date. Including links to our project folders make it quick to find the information needed. This shows a quick summary of project data.

The ability to assign tasks per row. Built in calendar reminders to be sent to users

Smartsheet addresses several key challenges in project management, team collaboration, task automation, and real-time reporting. These solutions have helped in streamlining workflows, enhancing communication, improving efficiency, and providing valuable insights leading to more successful project outcomes and a more productive team environment.

What do you like best about the product?
Interoperability with MS Project and ability to hybridize Gantt charts, Kanban boards, and roadmap timelines.

It can be a little bit of a walled garden, hard to get your data in and out.

Smartsheet provides multiple display options - the calendar display and ability to filter tasks makes it easy to share key milestones to various types of stakeholders

What do you like best about the product?
I have to admit this is the first projects management tools I have used as the organization is pushing for it.
I like the best is that several of your team members can share the progress on the project. As a manager, you can easily track the progress without talking to the teammates. In academia, we usually track the progress by in person casual meet (before offical group meeting) rather than use a tool to track it. Now, it is more convenienet than before.

Some of the functions are not intuitively easy to implement. You have to learn through lots of video or take trainings.

Can easily track the progress among groups

It helps me to organize mi team. It can send alerts to every responsable person in the time I need. It symplifies my work.

It cannot be connected direct to excel, thus It is difficult to automatize more work.

Mainly, reducing time of sending alerts and measuring team responsibilities.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the Smartsheets is easy to use! I'm able to truly build timelines for my projects and it makes the implementation of my projects easy and transparent to those who are part of the projects. I like the the reminder features that send emails to other so if I forget to send an email to someone, I at least know Smartsheets has already done so. Currently Smaertsheets is the only software my company uses to keep up with our projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much I dislike about Smartsheets. I know there are a ton of features I'm currently not using and it is a bit hard to find online how to use certain features. I'm used to being able to go on youtube and someone is doing a tutorial, but it's not as frequent for Smartsheets. So I do not feel like I'm optomzing the usage like I want. I guess maybe if Smartsheets can give more highlights on the features and send it out in a newsletter so people are aware.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheets helps mort with task maangment and project management. I use it everytime we get a new contract to set up the flow of the project and delgate who will be working on the project. Love the time management aspect and how easy it is to see how far we are coming when it comes to percentages.
