The real-time updates, the easy programming and the reporting capabilities.

The connection with other platforms is not always as efficient as possible.

Smatsheet allows real-time cooperation between team members, and provides tools needed for basic project management needs.
Smartsheet has given our team the tools to work collaboratively and transparently.
What do you like best about the product?
i appreciate the automation and option to build sheets, reports, dashboards, and charts to meet the needs of my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not had down sides of utilizing this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are now able to see work updates in real time from any location. We have also autmated report uploads to allow for smoother transfer of data.
I really recommend smart sheet that helps our activities simple

It is very easy tool and any one can easily understand and grab the tool

It is not about dislike we can have some options for reporting that helps for doing cosmetic changes

Smart sheet tools helps our day to day activities very easily and also helps in tracking the deadlines with very simple workflows

I think the collapse and expand function in rows is one of the most useful features. Also comments and attachments in rows.

The limitation of cell formatting. Colors, widths, etc.

Complexity of Coordinating manufacturing orders.
Better than Google Sheets
What do you like best about the product?
For starters, I love that it can do almost anything that Google Sheets and Excel can do but better. The reminders and workflows built in are incredibly easy to use. The subscription we use if pfor our entire team that use this platform on a daily basis. We use this to track inventory, keep our licensing up to date and so much more. The intregation across google is seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have "sheets" the way that google sheets and exel have multiple sheets per file.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The reminders are not always being sent accurately.
It is easy to use but would recommend taking a class.

I like that the features are clear and it is somewhat intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
With every new software, it is preferential to have an engaging tutorial to learn about features. I think this is absent with smartsheet.

It is easy to schedule people for our clinic and updates instantly.
User friendly and many capabilites
What do you like best about the product?
The way it feeds from a form and data can be manipulated and updated my several users simultaneously

There is a Learning curve for some functionalities

Scheduling is much easier with smart sheet for our hourly staff and their assignments
Powerful Tool with Lots of Possibilities
What do you like best about the product?
The automation of Smartsheet has been instrumental in making processes more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
With great power, comes complexity. I've had to take time teaching myself, researching, and watching courses to learn and apply what Smartsheet is capable of. That being said, it is time well spent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned earlier, it has helped automate some processes thereby creating some additional efficiencies that I previously did not have.

Everyone can access the project plan. It has become our standard for all timing plans
