What do you like best about the product?
As a program manager juggling multiple critical projects, I've found Smartsheet invaluable for streamlining tasks that were once time-consuming and inefficient. The platform's automation features, such as automatic reminders and plan updates, have significantly boosted my productivity. I could not encounter another tool that offers such a comprehensive suite of automation capabilities.
The recent integration of AI into Smartsheet has further elevated its capabilities. AI-powered features have enabled me to gain deeper insights into my programs, identify critical deliverables more effectively, and make data-driven decisions that align with business objectives.

What do you dislike about the product?
Although this tool is undergoing continuous improvement I feel there should be capabilities to read the mail and get the update from that and update the tracker.

Simple and user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Simple, easy to use and intuitive. Also like how easy it is to set up email reminders on specific tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some basic tools are not available. When searching for these features, it seems like other users have requested them but they haven't been made available.
eg. with Gannt charts, there's no ability to 'lock' certain critical tasks by date. Instead, everything is dependent on preceeding and proceeding. However in many cases there are date critical elements that inform the rest of the programme.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I really only use Gantt charts. I want something simple and vanilla flavoured and, generally, smartsheets provides this.
A powerful shared spreadsheet and reporting tool
What do you like best about the product?
Two things: The expert support and its reporting ability. The customer success person I talked with helped me set up Smartsheet for my business use.
The person also provided a better solution, which is linking individual sheets to produce a single report. The report can also connect to Power BI seamlessly.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some functions are different from MS Excel. However, it is not too hard to learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capturing data from consumers and presenting it into a single report format.

first it makes the collaboration between all parties very easy. even with users from outside our organisation

I am able to compile data in a way that makes it so much easier to locate what your looking for
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to link PDF and other documents to certain information in the smartsheet is so helpful to maintain communication and organization across the different departments.

Learning how to use certain aspects of the program can be a little confusing

The ability to turn raw data into something proactive. Great systems for full teams to work while compiling high level trends and KPIs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited capability compared to Excel surrounding formula, dashboard filters, etc. Lots of requests but slow to implement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility when raw data is often the only thing available. We utilize Smartsheet to roll up raw data to create team worklists, automate process touchpoints and outcomes, and create trendable KPIs.
Smartsheet is a very helpful tool and is relatively easy to use but there are some drawbacks

I love the different functionalities and how easy it is to share to everyone involved in a preject. It makes managing projects and customers much easier from start to finish.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the integration with Microsoft Excel is challenging and the ability to copy and paste can be somewhat of an issue at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Smartsheet makes it much easier to collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders. Providing updates to everyone involved is significantly easier when using Smartsheet.
I love smartsheets
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to customize the sheet for your needs. It helps our projects flow. We use it every single day. It intergrates well.
What do you dislike about the product?
That updates aren't announced prior to being made. We log in one day and the search icon is on a completely different side.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about using Smartsheet would be the functionality of automation and progress check. In my field of work, we deal with a lot of data. Smartsheet has empowered me to provide accuracy, consistency, and organization when dealing with sensitive to critical data. Customer Support is also a great feature because you then have the community available and it such a huge timesaver in my opinion. I can get straight to fixing my concerns. Another would be the flexibility of using Smartsheet. I've done multiple successful project all because of using the tool. It has provided efficiency and innovation in my field.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful would be the building set-up for dashboards. I end up needing to save every time I would like to move from one widget to another. The fear of missing an update makes you want to click on save multiple times. It would be nice to have the auto-save or have an update/modification history.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It would be the need for ironing out the standard operating procedures that we have in our team. The reason for this is because when I joined the firm, there was no clear cut of work expectations on how processes should go when accomplishing deliverables. The huge impact that this tool has given me and my team would be the proper process implementation to our deliverables.
My go to tool for Timelines
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet keeps projects on track with templates, it allows me to do holiday planning, and baseline tracking for continuous improvement. I highly recommend it!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take a little bit of time to be comfortable using it and all its features, so the self-learning videos are very helpful in this way.

Smartsheet ensures projects stay on track because everyone on the team has access to it, allowing them to review progress and mark their tasks as completed. Smartsheet enhances project efficiency, accuracy in timelines, and continuous improvement.
