it is able to be shared throughout the whole company so everyone can make updates and we can see those updates immediately

What do you like best about the product?
The syncing is easy and reliable, and I really like being able to have multiple users working on the same document.

The filtering system could do with additional functionality and ease of use

Fast, User-Friendly Tool for Centralized Management
What do you like best about the product?
I use Smartsheet for work, and one of the things I like is that it's a very fast tool. It solves the problem of having to look for many things from different sources by putting them into just one sheet, which also makes it like a checklist. I find it very user-friendly and easy to use. I like the fact that you can keep sheets offline. The setup was very easy, just by sharing the link, and everybody has access to it. Overall, it's easier to use, and we're using it as a platform for everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes for some reason, I had the sheets which were available offline, and then they just got removed from the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet is a very fast tool that solves the problem of consolidating many sources into one sheet, making it like a checklist.

We wanted to allow users across different companies to access important information. Smart sheet allows us to add or remove as necessary. This has resulted in better more informed information made available
Efficient Project Management with Intuitive Features
What do you like best about the product?
I use Smartsheet for managing work projects across multiple offices, and it enables us to have a live document that multiple people can access and update. I like its simplicity in setting up styles and formatting, and using drag bars for time entry. Rather than changing cell colors and entering dates directly, I can set up formatting to show different colors depending on cell values. The draggable date bars make it quick and easy to change dates and targets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. It works well for our needs.

Smartsheet enables us to have a live document accessible and updatable by multiple people, simplifying project management across five offices.

Sometimes the filters jump out of sync and it dosnt automatically save

What do you like best about the product?
I use Smartsheet for work to organize quotes issued to clients and to know at what stage those jobs are. It helps us keep track of our jobs and organize data about the sectors we work in. It solves problems like tracking project progress and gives a good overview of which clients we are working for, as well as ensuring projects are invoiced on time. I like how it's easy to log in new jobs and keep track of progress. I also appreciate the search feature and the filters. My team seems quite happy with Smartsheet as it simplifies management, and overall I find it to be a fairly intuitive and straightforward tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it seems like when applying filters to search for something, the software takes too long to filter and show the results I need. It felt like the time to process info was too slow.

I use Smartsheet to organize quotes, track project progress, and ensure timely invoicing. It provides a good overview of client projects and helps organize data about our work sectors.

Not having ability to auto update formulas when new lines added for a sheet.

Easy Sharing and Clean, Dynamic Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
Its quite easy to share amongst people. Its also great for clean dynamic reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
it can be quite clunky to use at times which is annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Specifically working with a wide range of people and purposes, and being able to easily bring that data into reports.
