We are using CMS for publishing entries to a website-app platform with over 15,000 active users.
What do you like best about the product?
There were indeed many instructional documents for me and the team to access and learn from during the project development period, which was very short, starting from October 2023 and concluding in January 2024.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, my team is facing the following challenge:
A Unique ID is generated once, useful for successful API calls, but previously we set up that entry with only one attached file. However, now there's a need to attach more files to a single entry, which leads to errors causing the loss of many previously published entry data, and at the same time, we cannot find a way to modify the entry accordingly... Also, with a unique ID for an entry, there's nothing much we can do... there are too many difficulties to describe... sorry for those.

What do you like best about the product?
That the content modeling allows content to be broken down into reusable modules or components which are easy to use for any first timer.
Workflow management features that ensures the content goes through appropriate review stages before publication, and can publish to certain/ all environments as intended.

What do you dislike about the product?
Though there are scalable pricing plans tailored to different user needs, the cost of subscription licenses, especially for enterprise-level features, can be substantial
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unified view of the content data, Integrating Contentstack with existing systems and tools streamlines the data flow, it enhances operational efficiency, and enables us to leverage a unified view of customer data
Nice platform to update the website
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can easily search all the pages and it is easy to publish changes. I use it daily and it has never crashed. Whenever I have an issue, it is also very easy to get help.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it is hard to look for images because when you search the name it does not always appear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
contentstack helps me update the website. It gives me a lot of flexibility to make changes.

It is user-friendly and easier to keep track of the changes and I like the custom plugin feature.

Headless structure makes it easy to use and implement

What do you like best about the product?
Contentstack has been deployed successfully across our website, and we now self-serve within the marketing team to manage existing webpages and create new webpages for PPC webpages. In my experience, it has been relatively easy to add features and taxonomies to the product so that all users are following the same process. As a frequent user of the product following the initial launch, I found page editing and deployment very fast and seamless. The live preview is an impressive feature and reduces anxiety around edits not taking effect.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some intricacies and sometimes unintuitive steps when using initially, e.g. the live preview only worked when we selected a specific (and unobvious) domain from the dropdown.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to create/edit pages within the marketing team rather than asking development to build changes - saves a significant amount of time. Being able to quickly edit and launch pages for marketing activity means we can be agile around market/product changes.
Very practical, I love it !
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful with contentstack is the tracability of the versions, and how it is easy to collaborate. It is also easy to use and to integrate to other softwares !

It could be time consuming as errors are difficult to find sometimes.

Amazing platform for integrating all content into multiple platforms using APIs
What do you like best about the product?
The speed that ensures that we have multiple parallel API requests without any latency or delays in delivering the content when sending big campaigns through external platforms. The integration process is quite neat and easy if you have a tech team to support you.
Content teams have an easy way of usage in the platform being able to provide translations and copies fast and easy.

What do you dislike about the product?
It is a difficult UI for people that are not 100% tech savvy , but given the market CMS platforms, it is on the good side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The speed in which we can GTM and give all the content / localisation teams fast tools to avoid manual work
The power of search
What do you like best about the product?
The indexation of content and the search is bliss. Is easy and intuitive to find content and pages with easy queries and to filter content. The overall UI is also easy to understand and to interact to.
What do you dislike about the product?
The version control in multiple environments might be a little bit difficult to understand and to keep track of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By providing a modular approach it helps to be more agile when setting up new pages and flows. It also helps with localization by keeping everything in one place and being a source of truth.
Very Scalable tool to host content, especially for international businesses
What do you like best about the product?
- It is user friendly ( e.g intuitive to create, duplicate and publish content)
- It is possible to integrate with GetYourGuide other tools for Localisation for scaling
- Our engineers has found a way for bulk upload to save time to upload content at scale to enable content migration and turn content stack a place to host all of our content
- Can easily roll back to previous versions to fix some issues due to unintentional changes

What do you dislike about the product?
- Sometimes we still miss some fields to Localization and I think it is better if Content if can flag missing fields in integration with other tools
- Lack of a learning/ training hub that we can refer new joiners to so that they can learn Content Stack themselves

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hosting all of our content in 1 place and integrate with our product and different tools or system to ensure a smooth working collaboration in the content production process ( copy --> localization --> CRM --> Website)
Great content management platform
What do you like best about the product?
very user-friendly and clear experience. They also provide a great customer support that is super easy to reach out and prompt to solve any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of ability to add different language versions to the release at the same time.

The power to quickly make updates in the web content with ease.
