What is our primary use case?

Contentstack is used to deliver content to logged-in and non-logged-in channels, mobile and web, primarily to deliver marketing content and product descriptions.

Entire sites have been created where all content has been decoupled from the front end and remains in Contentstack as a headless CMS. All FAQ content has also been transferred to Contentstack, enabling the business and content teams to update it much more easily.

What is most valuable?

The best features Contentstack offers include content updates, content omnichannel delivery, content modeling, and an intuitive interface that is very easy to use and customize.

The interface is exceptionally easy to use because it is intuitive and user-friendly, which helps the team on a daily basis by making it easy for new users who are onboarding to find the learning curve smooth and efficient.

Contentstack is extremely flexible to our needs and meets all use cases.

Contentstack has positively impacted the organization by saving significant time during content deployment, allowing more team members to manage content and get it to market faster, and removing all technical dependencies whenever a change to the site is needed.

The time saved through Contentstack has improved website response time by 50%.

What needs improvement?

License control should be improved, along with consumption statistics of which content should be enhanced.

More customization of display options is needed for Contentstack, specifically for columns available to filter view entries.

The switch from Contentful and Sitecore Experience Manager to Contentstack occurred because Contentstack has better international hosting support than Contentful, and the presales and sales support people were found to be much more responsive than Contentful's.

Contentstack has been used to great effect as a headless CMS, connecting it to a custom UI and allowing content to be updated basically in real-time with updates reflecting on the site within seconds, which makes it incredibly effective at democratizing content generation and very cost-effective.

Based on a very positive user experience, Contentstack is recommended to others looking into using it, as it has delivered on all promises from both a service, technology, and account standpoint, with responsiveness that did not decline after becoming customers.

What is our primary use case?

Contentstack serves as our main CMS and runs all composable media for our site in partnership with our headless UI solution. All content and editable messaging are run through Contentstack to display on our site.

A key component of our business involves updated messaging to keep up with seasonal and marketing trends. We needed a solution that allows for quick, ad hoc, but still controlled content updates that a large portion of our team could use. Contentstack has been incredibly helpful in ensuring our site is always changing and up to date.

Contentstack is very flexible to our needs and meets all our use cases.

What is most valuable?

The best features Contentstack offers are that it is easy for the whole team to manage content, and the support is helpful and responsive.

What makes content management easy for my team is the intuitive and user-friendly UI, which makes it very easy to manage content.

Presales support and continuous product improvement are excellent features, and technical support is also great.

Contentstack can be improved in terms of mobile responsiveness, as it is hard to edit content on the go. The mobile app should be improved.

Our main use case for Contentstack is to run all composable media for our site. It serves as our main CMS and works in partnership with our headless UI solution. The editable messaging is run through Contentstack to show up on our site.

Before Contentstack, we used Contentful and Storyblok.

We switched from Contentful and Storyblok to Contentstack because when we needed to move to headless, we took a look and tested some of the offerings available for headless CMS. Many do have similar features and services, and so for us, it came down to how Contentstack built a business relationship and service around their clients. We were given great support from day one and still have excellent support up to now. They helped advise on some of the integrations we needed to perform our business objectives, and most of all, their pricing was very competitive and straightforward.

How was the initial setup?

We are able to prepare for large campaigns within a few days, which can be rolled out within a few clicks. This was previously never possible before we moved to Contentstack. We now have the tools and ability to architect in a way to take advantage of the sale and drive traffic.

What about the implementation team?

We switched from Contentful and Storyblok to Contentstack because when we needed to move to headless, we took a look and tested some of the offerings available for headless CMS. What is our primary use case?

The best features Contentstack offers are easy customization, a flexible platform, great support from a customer success manager, and an extensive app marketplace. Additionally, content update, content omnichannel delivery, content modeling, and an intuitive interface that is very easy to use stand out.

The flexibility and app marketplace of Contentstack help a lot in communicating with our customers, allowing the business team to create and change content according to market strategy.

Contentstack has positively impacted my organization because since we started using this tool, we have seen improved website response time by 50 percent. There is a great cost benefit, and Contentstack allows us to tell marketing stories effectively and efficiently. Contentstack APIs have allowed us to connect many other business critical apps easily.

With Contentstack, we are able to leave all creation and alteration of content to the business team, demanding less from the technology team. Contentstack has helped a lot in communicating with our customers, allowing our business team to create and change content according to market strategy.

Very flexible headless CMS solution that works fast, is pretty intuïtive in use and provides high website speeds
What do you dislike about the product?
You need some CMS experience to be able to manage this CMS tool, cause it works very different from other solutions with WYSIWYG editors. This one doesn't contain this solution out of the box.

What do you like best about the product?
I used Contentstack as a headless CMS tool for a project. With ContentStack, it is quite easy to manage three different sites from a single stack, which is very helpful. I appreciate how quick and simple it is to see changes in ContentStack reflected in the UI without needing to publish the page. The different content type options are great, helping to create content types that can be used across different pages. I also found the initial setup straightforward, especially when using the Settings option to get different keys and values.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the Live Preview is a bit slow to respond to the changes. If it could be improved to load a bit earlier, that would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ContentStack to manage three different sites easily from a single stack. It quickly shows changes without needing to publish pages. The content type option lets me create content for different pages.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Contentstack is easy to navigate and I'm impressed that it's constantly improving. I really value its flexibility and how easy it is to use. The initial setup was very easy, which was a huge plus. Everything we struggled with has been fixed and improved over time, and everything works great now. My team keeps saying that Contentstack is a lot better compared to what they used before.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Contentstack makes it easy to upload and schedule website content. I believe this helps for efficiency and planning, and I especially love the ability to edit entries and even preview posts to ensure that they match the vision I have set out. I also appreciate that the upload turnaround time is immediate, making integration with our live site extremely easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I have with Contentstack is the large number of windows I have to open when editing different portions of an entry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling posts in advance creates efficiency and allows me to focus on other aspects of my role.
