Effortless Collaboration with Clean Design
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for internal alignment documents, personal notes, and external-facing documents. It has good version controlling and good cross-team communication capabilities. I like how easy it is to use with colleagues and the clean design. I love it.

Transformative Organizational Tool with Stellar Community Support
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the Notion community, which is amazing and provides all kinds of support and templates for everything you can do. The marketplace is great with third-party tools for syncing tasks and expenses. I find the AI in Notion super helpful for setting up things without the need to go through the manual setup process. It helps me utilize Notion more effectively than in the past. The ability to search the marketplace for templates is super helpful, especially for creating databases or organizing life setups. The AI makes it easy to set up new pages, databases, or projects by just typing in what I want and letting it do its thing. I enjoy using Notion, which motivates me to keep track of projects, tasks, and expenses. The setup has been relatively easy thanks to the marketplace, community, and templates. The user interface is beautifully set up, making the overall experience great.

Notion helps me stay organized, track expenses, and manage projects. It motivates me to keep everything in check, offering a simple way to manage tasks.

Notion AI Makes Managing Team Databases and Pages Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
Notion's AI agent is extremely helpful in managing multiple databases and pages across our entire team space.
What do you dislike about the product?
The flexibility of the system does leave it a bit wide open and daunting to get started at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me consolidate all of my disc golf club and event data, making it easier for me to bring on a team.
Centralized Workspace with Minor AI Tweaks Needed
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easily I can search across different things and multitask with multiple windows across multiple documents. I also like the collaborative tools, especially for meetings. It's helpful for our ownership team to keep all ongoing communications about the company's progress in Notion, so we're building agendas for upcoming owner meetings. I can share that and get feedback and input from the rest of the team very easily. I love that I can keep everything organized in one place with Notion. I can have a database of projects and attach or connect anything to it, making it easy to get more context quickly. The AI agent in Notion helps me build organizational tools, like a call tracker with meeting transcription. I use the AI tools to help me build databases, and it's great for updating templates. It saves me an enormous amount of time by having everything in one tool that I can access from my laptop, tablet, or phone without having to think about where things are.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think sometimes the AI agent misses the mark. It requires redirecting. Usually, that's not a permanent problem. Usually, that's a temporary thing. That just requires a little bit of refocusing. But that would probably be the biggest thing. Sometimes I find the way that the things will put in the side panel, where they kind of split screen, to be a little unintuitive. I have to manually say, I know I wanna make this full screen, I wanna make that a tab. But those are probably the biggest things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to keep track of projects, build Kanban boards, and maintain follow-up notes. It centralizes my information, saving me time by eliminating the need to search across multiple systems.

Highly Customizable Notion, Especially for Filtered Database Views
What do you like best about the product?
How customizable Notion can be, espeically when creating filtered database views

It can be a learning curve at first, maybe not the most intuitive for a beginner
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all my projects, tasks, and content plans organized. We are utilizing database templates with buttons, which makes it really easy to pass off to other team members and/or update status
Outstanding AI Transcription and Flexible Visual Docs
What do you like best about the product?
The AI transcription is outstanding! I've used it in meetings with only my laptop microphone, in large rooms, and multiple speakers. It picks everything up and summarizes with unbelievable accuracy. Blows away any other tool I've tried. I also have enjoyed the visual flexibility in creating and presenting information like SOPs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few limitations I've experienced so far in using the "blocks" to create documents. I'd like to be able to resize things to my needs; but, hasn't been a major issue and might be more related to learning curve and getting used to how it works. So far, no real complaints!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping board meeting minutes (all aspects - transcribing, summarizing, storing, organizing); developing SOPs that collate information from multiple sources and make it user-friendly to access.
Efficient, Customizable, and Perfect for Goal Setting
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for social media strategy, calendar, and goal planning - both short and long term. It helps me keep organized and track goals, and it's much easier to collaborate with others since they can see my work without constant emailing. I find it very efficient and easy to use. I love that I can decorate it to my aesthetic and make my creations look fun, plus it's affordable. When creating goals, I can insert pictures, which is great because I'm a visual person, and seeing the goal inspires me to take action. The initial setup was very easy and efficient, and linking it with our Google account made it seamless.

Limited offline support and required time to set up

Notion helps me stay organized and track goals. It makes collaboration easier by allowing others to view my work without back-and-forth emails. I love its visual elements, which inspire me towards my goals. It's efficient, easy to use, and affordable.
Super Easy Setup, Perfect for Team Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I love how I'm able to connect with my co-workers and customize Notion. I can make my Notion super cute by adding cover pictures and I stay connected by sharing task ideas. Notion also allows me to connect my apps that I use at work, which is such a great feature. The initial setup was super easy.
