What do you like best about the product?
I love the improved AI Agent capabilities. I havent explored the config page as much as I should but it is very powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think more active prompts and guidance with AI agent config would be helpful. Templates are good but a guided workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to organize scattered info from Google Drive into a cohesive knowledge hub. It's great for meeting transcription, helping me as a new employee to capture, review, and distill meetings into action items with AI. Very useful for my workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the organization of Notion and the ability to completely customize it to your needs. It is easy to pull up and start inputting information.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customization could be a little more simplified. It feels difficult to ensure everything is connected properly into a useful database.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is supporting us with developing a client database that houses both ongoing notes and information about individual clients.

Consolidated Our Workflow, Needs Better Handwriting Support

  • January 15, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the relational database feature in Notion. It acts like a combination of Google Sheets and Google Docs, allowing me to track multiple areas of my life, including personal work and volunteer organizations. It's especially useful for managing things in a workbook style rather than a file folder system, making navigation and tracking much easier. I also appreciate the ability to use AI on top of the files I have, which adds a layer of utility. The user experience and AI capabilities were important factors in my decision to switch from Microsoft OneNote to Notion. The relational database makes it much easier to use, as it allows me to slice and dice information within a single interface instead of opening multiple files. Although I initially faced challenges in understanding and setting up Notion, the learning curve was quick, and now I feel pretty good about using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion's ability to capture handwritten notes is challenging. I really prefer Microsoft OneNote or even Samsung Notes for that. Moving to a new tool, I ran into a lot of challenges just trying to understand it, set it up, and use it. This is one major flaw that actually made me not use it earlier on. However, I came back to it because I couldn't find a better way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Notion helps me consolidate multiple tools like OneNote, Google Docs, and Excel into a single platform, addressing issues of having too many tools and mismanaging information while ensuring easy access across devices.

Notion AI: Streamlined Project Management, Lingering Database Glitches

  • January 15, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Notion AI has quickly become one of my most valuable additions to my daily workflow. It feels less generic of an AI tool and more like a workspace support, being able to summarize messy notes, create pages, and align meeting notes and pieces, which has been really useful and helpful. What stands out most for me is having it collect different pages throughout our very complex workspace, which has over five years' worth of documentation and notes. This feature helps us streamline finding single sources of truth. I also like how it helps especially with cross-functional teams or complex projects to create spaces and collect information. The meeting notes AI transcript and summary feature have been huge for meetings, allowing users to participate without the need to take notes manually. Additionally, I've heard positive things about Notion's support, which has been really helpful with any questions or understanding. One person on our team has built great onboarding tools for us, and Notion supports those for new members.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some other pieces like database management for our larger databases can be problematic. We do central task management and our meetings and events in one database, and with five years worth of information, even archiving it, we sometimes notice lag or issues with loading due to it searching and trying to find things. The integration with Jira has been a bit more difficult, trying to get views and sources of truth in both places.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves the problem of a single source of truth for documentation and company SOPs. It greatly aids in organizing complex workspaces, summarizing notes, aligning meetings, and collecting pages, streamlining workflows and enhancing productivity, especially for cross-functional teams and complex projects.

Streamlined Our Knowledge Management with Powerful AI Features

  • January 15, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion primarily for creating and managing internal knowledge, and for some project management functions. I really like Notion's AI-powered search, which makes our internal knowledge much more accessible than it was on the previous platform. I appreciate the robust search and other great AI features, including comprehensive searching, proofreading, and some generative capabilities. These elements make Notion valuable to me by enhancing accessibility and improving the ease with which I can manage information.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to have the option to have unpublished page versions when it comes to versioning and content management. Additionally, still holding out for the ability to create AI chatbots accessible to external audiences to query a subset of our company's content. The content didn't come over cleanly page-formatting wise. This was true for imports from both Salesforce and Confluence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion's AI-powered search makes our internal knowledge much more accessible and is useful for comprehensive searching, proofreading, and some generative capabilities.

Versatile Tool with a Steep Learning Curve

  • January 15, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the tables and page functions in Notion. They operate as a functionality feature, allowing me to have a page within a page, a database, and a document system all in one. It's also great for tracking with module systems, which I find very helpful. The page functions and features make it easy to keep data in a database and provide really easy access to our documentation. The ability to search, run tasks, and create a custom dashboard for any user on our team is incredibly useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think a lot of the things that weren't working are starting to be worked on, one was formulas and things of that nature. I do wish there was a little bit more custom layout, maybe. To be able to have things more vertical, rather than just fully horizontal. Very difficult. It's a big learning curve, but after you learn it, it becomes very simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for AI transcribing in meetings and tracking data points, solving my problem with organizing to-do lists and project information effectively.

Efficient Knowledge Base with Swift Search, Minor Lags in Page Tool

  • January 15, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion every day for my work. I like how easy it is to search Notion pages and find the information you are looking for. My time is very valuable, so anytime I can quickly find information using Notion's search feature, it is incredibly helpful. Notion is the go-to knowledge center for our company. We previously used Confluence and switched to Notion for the expanded capabilities. The initial setup of Notion was 10/10 easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that Notion's find in page tool often takes longer to load than the browser's find in page tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is our company's go-to knowledge center. I save time using Notion's search feature, which helps me quickly find the information I need.

Perfect for Collaboration and Knowledge Management

  • January 15, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that I can add comments to documents and see others edit the document live in Notion. It serves as a central location for all of our company information and is very easy for collaborating on documents as a group and having living documents. The initial setup was very easy with no complaints.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like our documents just get abandoned over time. That might be more of a process issue at the company or a natural evolution of certain documents not being necessary though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is a central location for all company information, easy for collaborating on documents as a group, and having living documents.
