Adapts to Our Workflow with Flexible Views for Team Management
What do you like best about the product?
It adapts our workflow, We have multiple views like Table, Board, Calendar and List, Good for team projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is complex to use, Very limited offline access on desktop, Time tracking is not possible with notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves time and energy, It reduces repetitive questions, Teamwork is good with with notion, We can easily focus on important tasks.

It's very flexible to be modified/leveraged from project management and task tracking, to covering CRM needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some editing elements are not super intuitive.

Powerful Platform with Some Integration Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion as an interactive memory layer, and it enables our memory banks to be dynamically evolving. The discounts for startups are pretty valuable, and I find the interactive AI, the agents system, the database system, and the GUI to make Notion a powerhouse. I haven’t found a single useless thing about the platform, and I use a lot of them. The initial setup was easy as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the cost, I missed the startup program because I paid for it before even knowing I could get 6 months for free. Big mad, big sad, wallet bad. Integrations could use work.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Notion AI and using Notion's dashboard to build project ideas and share them with my team. It's easy to use, run, and share, making it a great tool for keeping my workplace organized.

It could be slightly more easier to navigate and learn how to use AI.

Versatile Databases, Diagrams, and Docs That Make Collaboration Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion both professionally and personally for projects, documentation, trip planning, and organizing home stuff. Notion makes it way easier to communicate with others through traditional documents, inline comments, and by easily building and sharing diagrams and code. I love the ability to build databases of information, which makes planning and sharing subsets of large bits of information super easy. Mermaid diagrams are amazing for capturing and sharing ideas with team members. Databases provide different visuals for the same information, allowing for deep dives into individual ideas and seeing timelines with Gantt charts. I also appreciate being able to use pie charts or histograms to distribute work view. Notion performs much better than Confluence for me, as it doesn't feel forced to integrate with other systems. Setting it up was super easy despite some initial hiccups.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes copy/paste doesn't do what I want. I sometimes copy/paste in existing markdown and it seems to be hit or miss if it'll auto convert it to properly formatted Notion or not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion makes communication easier with inline comments, diagram creation, and database sharing, easing project planning and information sharing.
Excellent for Activity Tracking, Limitations in the Free Plan
What do you like best about the product?
I like the style and graphics of Notion, which are immediately impactful and allow you to quickly understand what tasks need to be done. I also appreciate the site's UX.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps the limits of the free package. It only allows you to have about 2000 lines, it should be 1000 pages, I don't remember, but the free package is very limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me avoid email spam and ensures I don't lose track of certain tasks, keeping everything tracked.
Centralized Workspace, Boosts Remote Team Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to link pages together and create tables in Notion. I also enjoy the UI, particularly the ability to color code everything and assign tasks so we can see who is working on what. The initial setup was very easy, likely because some of us had experience with it already.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think sometimes it can be hard to find pages within pages, maybe a better way to search or organize everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for creating workback schedules, campaign plans, and content calendars. It's a centralized place for marketing documentation, helping us work asynchronously as a remote team. I love how easy it is to link pages and create tables, and the UI with color coding and task assignment.
Versatile Note-Taking, But Pricey for Personal Use
What do you like best about the product?
I like the variety of components you can use and the database features, including the different views you can generate from the database. The wealth of plugins and templates available online is also great. The Notion AI assistant is the first time I've really engaged with AI for personal use in a meaningful way. It's really great to be able to reference and summarize information I have stored. Additionally, the initial setup of Notion was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the Notion business plan is quite expensive. I don't use it for business reasons so I feel there should be a slightly cheaper tier that is for individuals. The Notion calendar app does not work on my Android phone at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion organizes large amounts of information I encounter daily and helps me remember tasks. I use it for notes on work and personal life, planning, tracking media consumption, and referencing video essay information.
AI-Powered Editing That Keeps My Notes Neat
What do you like best about the product?
Several useful features available for editing along with AI support, helps in making my notes neat.
What do you dislike about the product?
Folder structure display could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly notes doesn't keep note easy to read, even searching a bit harder once you have more notes. It keeps my notes easy to make and use. Notes organization is better in Notion.
