What do you like best about the product?
I like having dynamic pages in Notion that AI can reference, which helps to share information with my team. It's clean, simple to use, and was easy for me to set up. I value the knowledge management feature for aiding with AI prompting and keeping me in the loop with what's going on in the company. Overall, I think Notion is a great tool.

Intuitive, Flexible Templates and a Handy Notion AI Q&A Option

  • April 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It’s very intuitive and flexible, and the templates are really nice. I also like the Notion AI question option.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t really dislike anything about it. The only issue is that it can sometimes be too easy to make changes where I shouldn’t. For example, I occasionally end up editing pages that aren’t mine and aren’t locked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me access to a lot of information, makes it easy to share that information, and helps me stay up to date. I also use it to create and maintain client-facing documentation.

Flexible Yet Challenging Setup with Notion

  • April 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility of Notion's system. I find it good for personal task managers and I appreciate the views. I also like Notion AI.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the AI needs to be able to access automations. Also, I need the calendar to be able to group things by a date function. It does not, and I had to create a workaround to automate changing the date to text so Notion would use it for the calendar. Honestly, the initial setup was a good deal of work. I had ChatGPT help me, so I could get it to work the way I wanted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion allows us to plan and organize tasks well.

Ultra-customizable notion: flexibility, AI, and automations that save a lot of time

  • April 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate the most is its flexibility and ultra-customization. The time savings for my team is enormous: everything is centralized and organized according to our needs. The formulas really allow for customization, and the AI also helps to speed up certain tasks. Additionally, all processes can be automated, either natively in Notion or via a third-party tool; it's great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Shared personal pages are displayed without a hierarchy, which can make navigation and locating quite difficult. Additionally, when sharing certain child pages of a database, one sometimes forgets to also share the associated relationships, which is not very practical.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I appreciate the centralization of resources, projects, and tasks, and especially the automation, which ensures nothing is forgotten.

Intuitive Organization, Challenge for Beginners

  • April 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the fact that all the pages can be connected. I like the database aspect and the different filtered views. Notion works like a big binder, so I can easily switch from one page to another and find the information I need. The filtered views allow me to manage the data either day by day or on a specific date. Moreover, Notion has made the transfer from Trello easier and has allowed us to greatly improve our system. I also use it in a personal capacity to organize trips or as a bullet journal. I love you Notion <3.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion is difficult to access for novices, especially regarding formulas in databases. Even though I am comfortable with software, I often need AI to find certain formulas and connections. Internal training or tutorials to help understand Notion would be useful. The current AI helps create pages and databases, but not directly for formulas in columns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to organize all the information and knowledge, making them accessible to my team. It's a vast and organized database. Notion works like a large binder, facilitating navigation and data management with filtered views.

Effortless Team Collaboration and Document Management

  • April 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Notion is to use and how well it facilitates collaboration and sharing across platforms. The fact that it feels like a website rather than a static document is a big plus for me. Compared to Google Docs, Notion is a far better tool for collaboration when it comes to assets used in training, reporting, and collaborating, and it's also much easier to navigate. Its web-like feel, cleaner look, and easy accessibility were part of the reason my team switched from Google Docs. The initial setup was very easy as well, thanks to the AI assistant.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Notion could create content and assets, like images, visuals, or even suggest additional content based on what I'm building. It would allow me to use Notion more, and I wouldn't have to jump between platforms like ChatGPT or Gamma.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion creates a single source of truth with easily shareable assets and easy access for everyone. It's more accessible and cleaner, with a web-like feel that's better for collaboration than Google Docs.

Flexible All-in-One Workspace That Boosts Productivity

  • April 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Notion is its flexibility—it can be customized to fit almost any workflow, whether it’s note-taking, project management, or documentation. I appreciate how it combines multiple tools (docs, databases, task tracking) into a single workspace, which reduces the need to switch between apps. The clean interface makes it easy to organize information, and the ability to create templates helps save time on repetitive tasks. Overall, it’s a powerful yet intuitive tool for both personal and team productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Notion is that it can sometimes feel slow, especially when working with large databases or complex pages. The offline functionality is also limited, which can be frustrating if you don’t have a stable internet connection. Additionally, while its flexibility is a strength, it can become overwhelming for new users due to the lack of structure out of the box. There are also some limitations in advanced automation and integrations compared to more specialized tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves the problem of scattered information and tool overload by bringing notes, tasks, documentation, and databases into a single unified workspace. Instead of switching between multiple apps, everything can be organized and accessed in one place.

This benefits me by improving productivity and clarity—I can track work, manage projects, and document processes more efficiently. It also makes collaboration easier, as teams can share and update information in real time. Overall, it helps streamline workflows, reduce context switching, and keep everything structured and easy to find.

Versatile Tool for Personal and Business Use

  • April 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for both personal life and business because it simplifies everything and helps me keep everything in one spot. I find it great for tracking logs of my workout, my macros, and various goals, as well as trip planning and life organization. For business, it's become the main hub, pretty much replacing Google Docs for collaboration. I really like the database feature for its organization and simplicity. Notion AI is also fantastic for expediting the building aspects and auto-populating databases. It keeps all my notes organized and allows for data organization, like creating graphs for macro tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a bit more formatting and a bit more graph features. I personally really like a pretty Notion pages and I think I can get pretty close currently, but I’d like it to be a little simpler and have a bit more depth to it. I also think it’s really easy to lose pages when you’re collaborating across so many so any improved organization across all the different pages you’ve been shared would be really helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to simplify everything, keeping everything organized in one spot. For business, it replaced Google Docs for collaboration. The database feature organizes notes and the AI expedites Notion building.
