All-in-One Workspace That Centralizes Notes, Tasks, and Projects

  • February 05, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Notion combines note-taking, task management, databases, calendars, Kanban boards, wikis, and more into a single app. Instead of using separate tools for notes, to-dos, and project pages, you can centralize everything in Notion’s workspace. This reduces app fatigue and simplifies workspaces.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion’s flexibility is powerful — but that also makes it complex for new users. Getting comfortable with databases, relations, and customizing pages can take time, especially if you’re coming from simpler note apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most people and teams use multiple apps — notes in one place, tasks in another, docs somewhere else. This leads to fragmented information, lost context, and extra time switching between tools. Notion solves this by offering one unified workspace where you can take notes, manage projects, build databases, write docs, and track tasks all in one place.

Notion AI Keeps Our Work Organized and Easy to Track

  • February 04, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love Notion AI and other tools, such as recording. They help me find and understand documents and meetings faster. It also helps keep work from different teams very organized and visible, so it’s easy to see who is working on what. We can also tag items, which makes everything easier to track. Overall, it helps people build interactive tables and keep information structured in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s difficult to navigate and find what I need because the product is so robust. I usually use the search bar bc it's hard to find the documents I need otherwise
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows different teams to interact and view documents in a single place. It also has AI features that aren’t available in other document platforms.

Flexible All-in-One Workspace That Keeps Everything Centralized

  • February 04, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Notion is its flexibility and all-in-one approach. It combines notes, documents, databases, and task management in a single platform, which makes it easy to organize work exactly the way you want. You can customize pages, workflows, and templates to match your personal or team needs without feeling restricted.

Notion is also great for collaboration. Multiple people can work on the same page in real time, leave comments, and track updates easily. Overall, it helps keep everything centralized, organized, and accessible, reducing the need to switch between multiple tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Notion is that it can feel overwhelming at first, especially for new users. With so many customization options, the initial setup and learning curve can take time. Performance can also slow down when working with very large databases or complex pages.

Additionally, Notion relies heavily on an internet connection, and offline functionality is still limited. While it’s a powerful tool, these issues can affect the experience for users who need speed, simplicity, or reliable offline access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves the problem of scattered information and tool overload by bringing notes, documents, tasks, and databases into one centralized workspace. Instead of switching between multiple apps for documentation, project tracking, and knowledge management, everything can be organized and accessed in a single place.

This benefits me by improving productivity and clarity. Information is easier to find, collaboration is smoother, and workflows are more structured. It saves time, reduces confusion, and helps keep both individual work and team projects well organized.

  • February 03, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to set up and fits naturally into our workflow. We use it for internal documentation, SOPs, and for storing data and reports, which helps us keep everything in one place rather than having it scattered across multiple tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’ve found that the AI features sometimes hallucinate and can be laggy, which makes the experience feel less reliable.

From Podcast Scripts to Gear Lists, Notion Is My All-In-One Production Hub

  • February 02, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for a variety of tasks in my current role.

I first started using it when I was producing our company podcast. I set up a database to organize all our episodes and created a page for each one, with background information on guests and resources the host could reference before and during the episode.

Since then, I've built similar databases to track the equipment we use. I can take photos of each piece of gear we buy, enter the model number, and add any additional details needed, so our inventory stays clear and easy to maintain.

Because we do a lot of contract work with Subject Matter Experts, I also created a database to store the documents we send them ahead of a recording. I use the same space as a central repository for process guidelines and design standards documents as well.

Overall, it's a fantastic organizational tool that works really well for my job and is also helpful for personal tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Under the free plan, you're limited to 1,000 blocks per workspace if there are two or more workspace owners. Basically, every piece of content you add to a page, regardless of its type, is considered a single building block. So, obviously, exceeding your designated limit will eventually become an issue.

Even if you delete certain blocks, the block count doesn't decrease. That means once you hit the 1,000-block limit, the only real option is to upgrade to a paid tier. However, for solo users, the blocks are unlimited. It's not until you add a teammate that the 1,000-block cap kicks in.

I can still make the most of the functions included in the free plan, but it would be nice to have access to more advanced features—like integrations and AI—without upgrading.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like being able to set up multiple workspaces so I can keep content organized, with everything embedded on its own dedicated page. Within each workspace, I can create pages and upload documents, pictures, links, videos, and more to keep everything in one place. I also appreciate the variety of views available—such as list, chart, timeline, and table—because I can quickly glance at a page and find the information I need.
