Consolidated Team Information That Keeps Everyone Aligned
What do you like best about the product?
Consolidated information for team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of formatting capabilities. Only being able to choose from preset text sizes makes it slightly less easy to read.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When kicking off projects, there used to be a collection of various google docs floating around. Now databases allow all to live in the same place, with access by others.
Flexible Document Platform with Smooth UI
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature about Notion is the mermaid diagram and that I can insert it easily, allowing me to complement my analysis in a very visual way. The initial setup was really easy, and the UI is really smooth and easy to understand, which I appreciate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think building charts on Notion could be made easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is an all-in-one docs app, simplifying document creation and sharing both internally and externally, especially via publishing websites.
AI Integration Enhances Workflow, Needs Better Google Docs Sync
What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion's AI writing assistant and how it helps with knowledge management at work. The AI meeting notes feature is incredibly helpful for daily use and keeping track of my agenda. It makes my workflow much more feasible. Setting up Notion was very easy, and I was able to plug everything in and ensure it was functional from a productivity standpoint.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way some of the team spaces interact with each other in Notion is awkward. It's not easy for me to put my meeting notes into a project and task list, even though the AI can do it easily. There's also some awkwardness with how documents work. Notion doesn't sync well with Google Docs at all, which causes complications when I try to plug my documents into Notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me focus on business calls and provides follow-up notes, making it easy to track my agenda with its AI assistant and AI meeting notes. It enhances my workflow with knowledge management, making it more feasible.

I wish that notebook lm & notion were all in notion so I can have all my data in one area instead of the data in one area & trackers in another

It’s solving workplace process flows, having usable dashboards, being able to connect information together from related tables. Easier to use than excel & easier to see the data.

I use Notion for tracking and product development planning. I appreciate its flexibility and how it effectively serves as a second brain and repository for my thoughts and work. I find the AI feature in Notion very finicky. I spend a lot of time getting it to do what I want, and I'm not sure how much time it actually saves me.

I use Notion on a day-to-day basis for tasks like AI writing assistance and surprise search. I really like how Notion makes my day-to-day job easier. I can rely on it as an assistant to handle tedious admin work and data collection, which is a huge relief. The ability of Notion to summarize meetings means I don't have to worry about note-taking, and it ensures that I and my team don't forget any important details. The AI writing assistant is something I use the most, and it helps a lot in keeping everything organized and memorable. Also, I find the initial setup of Notion to be very easy, at least from what I've experienced. It's a breeze integrating it into various processes.

I like that Notion is easy to get started with, but also offers advanced capabilities as I become more familiar with it. Creating content from templates is quick, and I find the databases and tabular data helpful for efficiently capturing information while keeping the overview clean and organized. It's great that many people can collaborate simultaneously. Notion's advanced and flexible features, along with its integrations with other tools, make it very appealing compared to other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Real time collaboration on the same documents can sometimes get out of sync. This can lead to duplicated effort eg two people adding the same notes during a meeting and not seeing the other was also doing it
