Friendly Interface, Essential Daily Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Notion has a very user-friendly interface and its AI is very useful. I also appreciate that it is intuitive, making the initial setup very easy. It is an excellent place to share and store important documents that we can have on hand at work.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the search, I believe there could be much room for improvement, to make it easier to filter and find documents related to the search. Let the results be automatically divided into categories and separated in that way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion every day at my job to share and store important documents, and to have an interface that contains all the company's information, in addition to being able to add and modify important notes.
AI-Powered Organization Powerhouse
What do you like best about the product?
I really love the AI assistant in Notion. Just being able to do an idea dump and then talk with the AI to expand on my idea is great. It helps me get a clearer picture of what I'm thinking by using the AI feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've noticed little bugs here and there where buttons don't work or it won't paste something. I'm not sure why, and it may not even be a Notion thing. This is just the only thing I could think of recently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to organize and compartmentalize my thoughts and ideas, helping me make sense of them and keep them progressing towards fruition.
Accessible, Easy to Navigate, and a Lifesaving AI Assistant
What do you like best about the product?
It is so accessible and easy to navigate through. The AI assistant has been a life saver while trying to figure out the best ways to organize work and life.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I have had has been trying to organize things into a group database

For our business we are easily able to communicate with eachother and organize all of our projects
Notion Is Amazing: Tons of Templates, Features, and Personalization
What do you like best about the product?
Many templates, features, you can personalize, it's amazing!

I don't have anything i dislike about Notion
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I started a new job where they previously used Asana. However, I believe Asana is a paid tool that doesn't offer all the features that Notion does. I prefer using Notion for project management, wikis, and resource pages, as it significantly enhances my work.
Notion Makes Sharing Meeting Notes Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
There’s a long list of things I like about Notion, so I’ll focus on the part I share most often when I’m showing it to others: meeting notes. I can share a link to the notes and, beyond just taking them, I can also give people either editing or viewing access, depending on how I’m working with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven’t found any issues so far. The Help button has been able to resolve every problem I’ve had.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of having to put everything in a chat when I’m working with different businesses and clients. It’s so easy to use that I’m also using it for my America 250 Celebrating Veteran Inventors, Entrepreneurs, and Businesses project. I was able to upload my Excel document quickly and turn it into a beautiful gallery.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using Notion for creating databases and managing information. The AI feature is a huge help for me, setting up databases and often filling in gaps of information I need to collect. It feels like a little spark or helper that does the hard part of crafting the shape of the database. I also like the aesthetic and the overall vibe of Notion. The initial setup was relatively easy, and I find the product valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be nice to figure out how to transfer other databases or notes I have made in Apple Notes or Google Sheets more easily or organized.

The AI in Notion helps me set up databases and fill information gaps. It's like a little spark that handles the hard part of crafting the database structure.

Love the data base, the AI reviews that are automatically added to my client's notes.

What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like the way I need to export datas in my Notion coming from my newsletter for example its quite complicated.
I think its not user friendly in the beginning to understand that there are themes, you can buy themes depending on what you like, I started using it when somebody actually showed me how.

I dont use a lot of templates so I would say its quite mechanical not really creative.

Easy Aesthetic Info Sharing with Powerful, Searchable Centralization
What do you like best about the product?

- It can be hard to debug problems with integrations and boards
- Filters can be unintuitive

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me track my work so that I can share it with my manager and colleagues. Alerts help remind me to action certain items. We've built automations that pre-populate info from multiple sources into our kanban board.
User-Friendly and Efficient Workspace Organizer
What do you like best about the product?
I like how user-friendly Notion is. It's really easy for me to navigate and learn how to do things, like creating new docs and sharing them with people. I also love that I can keep documents private and use cute and cool emojis for my campaigns. Notion allows us to share things with clients kind of like Google Docs, but without actually using Google Docs, and it provides a workspace for everybody on our team and beyond. I appreciate that it records and transcribes my meetings, so I can easily go back and check my notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they had short links for campaigns instead of the really long links. I also think I'd like it to be a bit more editable when I'm creating a page and stuff like that. Maybe it could be more interesting to the eye.

Notion helps us share documents like Google Docs with clients, provides a workspace for our team and beyond, and transcribes meetings for later reference.

All the information is readily available every time, and it’s incredibly convenient to access.
