Great for Meeting Notes, Needs Better Voice Differentiation

  • April 14, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Notion connects to my calendar. It allows me to join meetings and transcribe pretty seamlessly. It also lets me share notes with other team members. This saves me time, so I don't have to open multiple windows to be able to move through my day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Notion does not differentiate voices as well and assigns to dos to the wrong people. I have to read through the to dos to make sure that it's capturing them the right way. The initial setup was a little tricky and glitchy, so things didn't connect well. I had to connect the calendar three times before it actually did connect. It didn't seem to be as seamless as it could have been. Also, I didn't realize I had to manually move everything from my trial into the corporate one. Having an easy button to move everything over would have been nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to focus on discussions during meetings and connect with my calendar, which allows for seamless transcription and note-sharing with my team, saving me time and avoiding multiple windows.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Notion offers easy access from multiple devices for my to-do list and notes. The AI assistant is great for making tables, and the cooperation possibilities are fantastic. It's efficient for my time and makes sharing ideas and dividing tasks easy. Plus, the initial setup was super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the AI credits are limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for easy access to my to-do list and notes across devices. I like the AI assistant for creating tables and the collaboration features for efficiently sharing ideas and tasks.

AI-Powered Notion Simplifies Documentation Effortlessly

  • April 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion to make notes and track my work. I find it easy to track data and create good notes and documentation for our product. I also like Notion's new AI feature, which allows me to create detailed descriptions and text by easily passing a prompt. This feature saves me time as I no longer need to add details one by one. Now, I can simply put everything in one place, and it creates a table of contents and details neatly.
What do you dislike about the product?
In Notion, there are some integrations that are not good. I would like more direct integrations, like connecting directly to Google Docs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to easily track data and create comprehensive notes and documentation. The new AI feature saves time by organizing content and details in one place efficiently.

Comprehensive Yet Flexible, Minor Learning Curve

  • April 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of Notion. I appreciate that we can create whatever artifact we want using Notion's features. I love being able to create a document from scratch and add so many different elements to it. As a product designer, I sometimes include Figma links into a document, and it's amazing because Notion shows a preview for the reader. The user can actually read right there in Notion without needing to go to Figma to view that specific file.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it gives you a playground for exploring and building using the blocks that Notion provides, it also leads to a lot of ambiguity of what to use when. Initially, when I started using Notion, there was a learning curve where I did not know how to get started. With time, I was able to understand, but what ends up happening is if there's one certain document like a PRD, because there's no specific format, every single PM is writing PRD in a different format, different way. It takes a lot of time for me to collate, understand every single document because there's no specific format that is being followed by, let's just say, the PMs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to organize projects, track progress for visibility, craft proposals, and create feature documentation, streamlining team collaboration and idea management.

Clear, Aesthetic, and Easy to Share

  • April 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
you can share, and everything is really clear, and also aestetic
What do you dislike about the product?
When pages get large, I start to notice lag. With big databases, loading becomes slow, and when there are lots of images or embeds, performance drops even more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem: My notes are in the Notes app, my tasks are in another app, my files are in Drive, and my ideas end up scattered in random places. Notion solves it by: putting everything in one place.

Worry-Free Note Taking That Captures Every Detail and Creates Meaningful Action Items

  • April 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
`it's the note taker that you don't need to worry about. Captures every detail, summarizes it and assigns to do items. The action items coming out of the sessions are the most meaningful since they are often super important to winning an opportunity or at least making an impression
What do you dislike about the product?
I expect it to make itself available instantly when I schedule a teams call, either for an internal or external meeting. It does not always. 75% of the time it gives me the option to take notes, but 24% of the time it does not, leaving me the responsibility of taking my own notes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If I can spent less time on taking notes, it gives me more time to focus on getting the most out of the conversation. I don't need to delay the conversation because I need to write something down. I dan just proceed with the next topic. The AI understands the conversation well, assigns to do items well. If it makes a mistake, the ability to edit the notes in the UI make it simple and easily editable.

Versatile Tool with Room for Improvement

  • April 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how Notion makes it easy to create tables and build pages, which is particularly useful for visualizing and standardizing projects. It's quite customizable, allowing me to create multiple segments and areas on a page. I find the page building feature allows clients to view information in ways that suit their preferences, which is where Notion really shines. The table creation and graphics are also standout features for me, as they help me visualize data better. I appreciate how Notion links pages together, which is incredibly useful in project management. Overall, the flexibility in creating and managing content on Notion is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard to create stuff that looks more professional. It might take a while to set up a more complex Notion page, especially with multiple teams and inputs. In fast-paced projects with just one or two pages, it works fine, but building a whole structured set in Notion gets messy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for project management, tracking tasks, and client communication. It helps us visualize projects, manage tickets, and even acts like a CRM. The calendar feature is great for managing day-to-day tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Variety of tools and ease of use after the initial learning curve
What do you dislike about the product?
Definitely a learning curve, I used a lot of videos to help me learn certain things
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
