Effortless Organization with Collaborative Power

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Notion helps me stay organized, and it's super user-friendly. I appreciate being able to access a lot of features quickly without needing to be super technical. I enjoy the backslash feature for easily typing in anything I want. The collaborative space in Notion is great, allowing me to work with others and make things happen. The duplicating feature for templates is something I really love. Also, the initial setup was really easy and straightforward, without any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to have more colors; I think that'd be nice. I think in some ways, it could make things a little unorganized. Like, I like the idea of the blank sheet, but sometimes, I want that consolidated just to one space. I think just, like, some more AI stuff, AI automation would be good. Notion doesn't have a ton of AI built-in features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to stay organized and monitor clients easily. It's user-friendly, quick, and helps with collaboration. I like the backslash feature to access functions quickly and having templates to manage different clients efficiently.

Efficient Knowledge Base with User-Friendly Features

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find Notion's crisp and easy-to-use interface really helpful. Formatting documents is quite easy, which makes things quicker compared to writing in Word, where you end up spending more time formatting than actually writing. Additionally, the databases in Notion are great, offering a lot of nice use cases like managing a product backlog.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps the navigation in Notion app for Mac could be a bit more fluid. Also on Notion Calendar, there's some bugs when blocking calendars. I have already raised this before with support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Notion as a knowledge base. It's crisp, easy to use, and makes document formatting faster. The databases have a lot of nice use cases, like handling product backlogs.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to share a single source of truth that multiple team members can access. I also like the UI and the ability to collaborate from different places.
What do you dislike about the product?
Performance can occasionally be laggy, but overall is strong
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for organizing campaigns, brainstorms, and documenting workflows. It solves cross-team collaboration and organization issues, allowing us access to a single source of truth and enabling collaboration from different places.

Streamlined Doc Writing, Needs Better Integration

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's easy to build pages and track roadmap management in Notion. I also appreciate the database feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to link databases to each other so I could split out sub-team roadmaps easier but still have them connected to one source of truth. I also faced pain points today with the Notion <> Slack integration. I want to be able to connect a Slack form to Notion and have it create a new entry in a database.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion provides a central source of truth, making it easy to build pages and manage roadmaps with its database feature.

Unlimited Possibilities in a Single Platform

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love that with Notion, you can literally build anything you can think of. If you've got a SaaS product in mind, you could probably handle it all directly within Notion without having to get something else. We're trying to make the entire team use it now. The ability to create databases for literally anything and have them cross-reference additional databases is fantastic. I also like how you can have pages customized exactly the way you want them. There's an infinite possibility, and the templates in the community really help make that happen.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion is one of those things that is easy to get to grips with but very difficult to master. Like, there is so much under the hood that you can do. So, like, an academy or some kind of real deep lessons would be appreciated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to centralize all our docs, eliminating the need for multiple repositories like Google Drive. I love that I can build anything in Notion, from managing a SaaS product to creative databases, with infinite possibilities and community templates supporting my needs.

Flexible, Powerful, but Integration Challenges

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion's very flexible formatting, which helps me keep all the information for my projects in one place. I appreciate having the option for consistency across different product teams using database fields. The open page space underneath also offers flexibility, allowing us to have less detail for smaller projects and more linked documents for complex ones. I love how it easily allows us to share resources across teams, so I can effortlessly share with marketing or customer support without needing to produce things in their specific spaces because we're all in Notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I create a relationship between my product road map and another database that has all of our design tasks, I can't choose for it to inherit specific fields. So I have to fill out both fields in both places, like who the PM is, who the dev lead is, and where the Figma link is. I wish I could share particular things, but not be forced into sharing everything. There's not a good solution for that. Also, the Figma and Mixpanel embeddings never show up when I try to use them; they're always broken.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion allows me to consolidate information in one place for a roadmap with multiple views, track design tasks, maintain formatting consistency across product teams, and easily share resources with other teams.

Structured Collaboration, Although Improvable in Analysis

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I think I really like that Notion is very organized and structured, which allows me a lot of flexibility when structuring a document. It also allows me to collaborate with other people who can access my documents, work right there, and have everything quite organized. I can attach images, calendars, and documents in the same space. And several other things.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think something that doesn't work so well for me is the issue with tables. When I want to work and do more Sprout Said type analysis or an Excel where there are tables to analyze information, it doesn't work so well for me there and I have to go out and do it in SpriteSit instead of Notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me work collaboratively, allowing me to document projects and easily access information through tags and share documents. I enjoy its organization and flexibility to structure documents, and it facilitates collaboration by allowing simultaneous work in the same space.
