Flexible and Scalable, but with Stability Challenges
What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility and scalability of Notion. I can create different digital experiences, both in terms of projects and information organization, shaping them the way I want and keeping the business process always moving.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe that Notion has some instability in terms of operation. Furthermore, I see that there is room for improvement in terms of automation. Notion could be a bit smarter with some options. The automation process, such as the webhook, is not that simple and this could be improved. It was also a challenge to understand the dynamics and get familiar with using the tool at the beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for managing digital projects, organizing systems, and generating processes. It helps me solve problems in a scalable way, inventory digital articles, integrate databases, and organize the daily operation of my company.

Versatile AI-Powered Platform with Room for Skill Growth
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion daily for its AI features to make suggestions to my emails and presentation content based on the context I provide within the Notion page. I like how I'm able to create a whole database with connected pages. My team can expand on different topics by having the pages in Notion to cover different aspects of the customer, their history, as well as the details of the project. Notion appears to be more expansive in capabilities and customizations without appearing too cluttered or complex.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want to build more complex pages, but I lack some of the technical skill required to build them. I only use basic tables and have trouble with connecting the pages with the relations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion's AI to enhance emails and presentations. It helps organize project details, polish raw thoughts, and connect pages for team collaboration.
Highly Customizable, Ideal for Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like how configurable Notion is and how easy it is to create new features using the formulas. I also appreciate the different views and the fact that we can add multiple pages in multiple team spaces. For instance, we have our ticketing system, and we also have a sales planning Wiki where we store information about our processes, seasonal announcements, instructions, guides, and so forth.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the formulas still have some limitations, especially with advanced text manipulation and matching. The capabilities aren't quite there yet compared to a programming language. The automations also need improvement because there are limitations with triggering. Some integrations, like the one we use for Fellow, won't allow passing through information like links to attachments, unlike what Google Sheets might allow. The management capabilities for the Plus plan aren't the best, so we're not really able to set the guardrails that we would like to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for proposal building and project management. It helps us set tasks, prioritize, and track task status. It organizes our day-to-day tickets effectively.
Efficient and User-Friendly, Slight Loading Delays
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Notion's interface. It's very user-friendly and all the information is well-organized with proper titles and subtitles, which makes it quite handy for day-to-day work. I find it very efficient to use Notion to search through SOPs and get information quickly, which is important when handling complex queries. Additionally, in my off-shift hours, I also find it useful to go through all that stuff and it's quite efficient when used frequently. The initial setup was quite easy and smooth, especially with the option to log in through Google. I've been using Notion for quite some time now, and it's been very useful for everyone on the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that Notion sometimes takes quite a while to load on the web browser. That's the only negative point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to efficiently search through SOPs and process knowledge, helping me handle complex queries quickly. It's our first priority for accessing information I'm not aware of, making it an important tool in my work.
Comprehensive Organization with Notion, Despite Steep Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Notion feels like a digital document that can be built upon and indexed. The search features are very handy, making it a perfect place for brainstorming and building plans. I also like that I can publish Notion pages on my own domain. Notion is valuable because it provides us one source of truth to share with relevant stakeholders, and it's helping us phase out other software. It's also given us a structure for rolling out new franchisees.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it wasn't so expensive to add users, as we sometimes want people to have short term access that's a bit higher power than guest access. I also wish the export feature was more robust, so for example, being able to export our manual so that it comes out in a manual format, rather than a jumble of doc pages. I also wish I could password protect some of the pages when published to the web.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is my go-to for organizing SOPs and document storage, creating a more organized hub than Google Drive. It provides a single source of truth for our stakeholders and helps us structure franchise rollouts effectively.
User-Friendly with Excellent Integration, Minor Limitations
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that Notion is very user-friendly and that there are many modules you can use within Notion itself. You can also integrate certain apps that you're already using, like Google Drive and Google Documents. It's pretty easy to set up, mainly I just had to figure out where to place my documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest problem that I have with Notion is that the spreadsheets and databases aren't as sortable compared to something like Google Spreadsheets. I would love to be able to use formulas like Google in Notion. That's one of the main reasons why I still use Google Spreadsheets for a lot of my spreadsheet work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to classify documents, take notes, include strategy documentation, and whiteboard my thoughts. It's a hub for accessing team briefs, enhancing collaboration.
Clarity and Efficiency with Notion, Some Necessary Improvements
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the clarity of Notion. It's really easy to find information there without searching for long. I also like the lists and resources that are very practical for organizing.
What do you dislike about the product?
AI in Notion poses a problem, especially for content search.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for organization. It helps me find information easily without searching for a long time and offers valuable clarity through lists and resources.
Versatile Tool with Excellent Functionality, Lacks Mobile Friendliness
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion both at work and for personal purposes. I love the way it utilizes databases, allowing me to go into such detail and depth. Its functionality really stands out to me. Also, I appreciate the clean UI, as it helps me stay consistent as a user. Setting it up was very easy for me since I used it in my personal life before.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't find the mobile app user-friendly compared to the desktop app and browser, and it actually demotivates me from using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for organizing my time, prioritizing tasks, and storing information as a second brain and knowledge database.
Efficient Document Management with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I think the thing I like the most about Notion is that once you set up your workflow, it's very easy to use and get back to. Creating all the templates and then duplicating them and filling in the details is fairly easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think cataloging could definitely be improved. The left side of the screen is something I do not understand how it's being organized. I can search for documents, but I need to know what I'm searching for exactly; otherwise, it becomes chaos. From a document management standpoint, I think things could definitely be improved. Another thing is that anything which is landscape is very hard to do on Notion. I find myself going back to Google Sheets fairly often because it's very hard to do anything which is landscape.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to manage all the different documents I create and keep templates handy to create documents that fit my work needs.
