Customizable Tool with Navigational Ease

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Notion is customizable. It's a great repository, and it's something that our team can easily navigate and adapt to our workflows as needed. Our business is constantly evolving, and it's important that we maintain records of different companies that we talk to or different people. And so this allows us to streamline all of our historical work to be referenced into the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
From time to time, it's hard to set up a new workflow in a way that is most efficient and makes sense. It can take a lot of tweaking to get something to the point where it's repeatable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to store call and meeting notes centrally, helping my team share and reference prior deals and work. Notion streamlines our historical records, making it easier to adapt to changing business needs.

Highly Versatile, Easy to Collaborate with Notion

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Notion is to use, and I can personalize the files, create a table, or a roadmap easily. The collaboration aspect is great too, allowing me to share with the team, collaborate in real time, leave comments, and organize files. The ability to link other documents is a plus. I also find that the AI works really well in Notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have too many tabs open, or I don't understand well how sometimes a page opens in a side drawer, or sometimes it opens in a new page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to share with my team, collaborate in real-time, leave comments, organize files, and link documents.

Flexible, Intuitive, and Feature-Rich Collaboration Tool

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion's flexibility with all its features. It's simple to use and intuitive, yet offers deep features. I appreciate the ability to collaborate in a shared space with my whole company instead of in individual docs that aren't well structured. Additionally, I find the flexibility to use multiple types of databases and assets together useful. Building a new workspace and docs for my team was fairly easy and straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
For my purposes, not much. Maybe some slightly better organization or navigation of the tool. We have folders and databases in several parts of the business. Sometimes it's hard to find the top most layer if I don't know where it is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to organize thoughts, clearly document step-by-step processes, and remember event dates. It's flexible, intuitive, and lets me collaborate in a shared space with my company, using multiple databases and assets together.

Simplicity and Collaboration at Its Best with Notion

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find Notion to be an essential centralized source of knowledge and a great collaboration tool between members. I appreciate the simplicity and the collaboration aspects of it. It's helpful that I can collaborate and share stuff with my guests and team members, having kind of a brain behind the operation. The initial setup of Notion is super simple. It's like you open it and already know what you're going to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the whole team member, guest, public, and sharing kind of confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion as a centralized source of knowledge and a collaboration tool. It helps me share and collaborate with team members and guests, making it the brain behind operations.

What do you dislike about the product?
Limitations of a web app, can't fully replace spreadsheets.

Highly Customizable, Perfect for Team Collaboration

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion for its customization and ability to embed other things, which makes running my daily stand up and team meetings effective and visually appealing. It's so much better in every way compared to Microsoft Planner. The initial setup was very easy, taking just a few weeks for us to get adjusted. I also embed websites and Power BI links in project pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
I may just need to learn more but I make similar tasks under each project. I would like to be able to add tasks across different projects with one input instead of individually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps with team collaboration, managing project timelines, and running sprints. Its customization and embedding features make meetings effective and visually appealing.

Boards Make Task Tracking and Brand-Consistent Documentation Easy

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love using boards for organization; they allow me to create pages on each card, and within those pages, I can insert and organize all the information I need. This gives me a clear view of my tasks and my team's tasks, and it also allows me to document everything. The text adjustment options greatly help designers keep all documentation consistent with our brand identity.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be simpler shortcuts for some text editing tasks. The search filters could be more precise when searching for certain terms, such as files/pages that have used specific titles recently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a tool for note-taking but also for organizing projects and tasks is already great. But having that tool connected to various plugins and software so that the entire company and my teams can interact and document everything in a simple and practical way is incredible.

Incredible Flexibility, Challenging Learning Curve

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the freedom that each page in Notion gives us to organize things in the way that works best for us. The initial setup is intuitive, offering a platform that allows total freedom to create ways to be used.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the tables to be slightly easier to handle. I think the learning curve is still a bit steep. It could be a bit more intuitive or closer to what Excel is. The learning curve is a bit long due to the total freedom the platform gives to create ways to be used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to centralize appointments, task lists, and store documents and useful information.

Highly Customizable, But Integration Woes

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the customization and ability to create any data preview in Notion. It's versatile, serving as a spreadsheet, document, to-do list, or anything else I need. I also appreciate that it can make rapid integrations with other products.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes integrations are not ideally working. There are issues with the AI that is not always as descriptive, and at the same time expensive. That I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for prioritizing product initiatives across my team. It captures information from different sources into one place, combining elements from tools like Google Docs, Excel, and Asana for a tighter workflow.
