Intuitive, Efficient, and Perfect for Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Notion's AI, which is super useful for tasks like rewriting disorganized notes and performing large operations, such as creating and moving folders and databases. Notion is intuitive and easy to use, allowing me to make the most of it. I also like the layout. I really enjoy it when I'm going to make a call and Notion suggests recording and transcribing it. Additionally, the initial setup process was very easy, with clear instructions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe that the amount of AI credit that comes with the free plan is little, it runs out easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to organize schedules and notes, documents, and combine code with text. It makes it easy to keep project and meeting notes centralized and allows for creating shared notes with the team.
Difficult to Filter and Organize Projects, Stories, and Tasks
What do you like best about the product?
It’s really easy to search for and find documents. Compared to other solutions, I feel like I have to do a lot less “dumpster diving” to track down what I need.

It helps centralize knowledge and manage projects, freeing up time so I can focus on deeper analysis.

I use Notion for managing my workload, and it really simplifies my tasks and makes me more organized. I like the variability of what the platform can do, and I find making tables to be a useful feature.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for planning, organization, and routine, and it's helpful for everything in my daily, work, and personal life. I like that Notion is especially essential for work, and I rely on it a lot. It's great for planning stories and social media content, like briefings and to-dos. Notion is so good, and I really like it. The initial setup was really easy, like for a kid. I'd rate my likelihood of recommending Notion as an 11 out of 10.

I don't like the AI in Notion, I really think that it could be more good. The AI could be more intelligent.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion works for just about everything. Whether I want to track my personal tasks or keep my clients updated, I can use a Notion template and integrate additional tools to make the experience even better.

It takes a good amount of time to learn how to use it, and it’s not for everyone. It also needs better accessibility, especially for older people.

I can store any kind of information and manage a lot of workflows in a single platform, especially for building and maintaining a knowledge base.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how unlimited the options are with Notion; whatever I dream up, Notion can do it. The integrations and functions of Notion are hugely valuable to us, enabling us to collaborate better, be more organized, and have more transparency. We use Notion for workplace documentation, processes, and organization, and it solves issues like needing a home base and enhancing task management and progress visibility. The initial setup of Notion for our team was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some additional guidance could be nice to be introduced to new features since there are so many. I’d like an announcement when I log in if there is something new.

I find it to be a really useful, interactive platform that is easy to use and looks great for others when I’m trying to store and share information

The databases are difficult to use and it would be great if it had better functionality
