Streamlines Document Management with Easy Embedding
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Notion is to use and the ability to embed many things we use, like Google Docs and Sheets. Being able to embed documents or sheets directly into Notion and having all related information visible in one place is important to me. It makes it faster to share information and avoid repeating work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think some of the table functionalities could be improved. Often, I don't want the line items to be a separate page, and I wish there was an option to not do that because people click on it and get confused.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion as a wiki for planning and linking to other documents. It keeps everything in one place, makes resources easily accessible, and helps avoid repeating work with its embedding feature.
Powerful Collaboration with Room for Improvements
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the variety of properties that Notion allows us to create, including native properties for when things are last edited, created, and by whom. We enjoy the ability to create templates for our tasks and projects, and it's easy to track projects in a Kanban view versus a list view. We also appreciate working with other teams and being able to see their types of projects to mimic that on the business operation side.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have issues with the lack of visibility in the team spaces. We work in silos, and it's hard to link our team's databases to others. This causes us to miss out on seeing who's working on overlapping initiatives and can result in double work, as we end up documenting the same projects in different team spaces.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to track and log tasks and projects efficiently, linking objectives to larger initiatives. However, I face visibility issues across team spaces, causing siloed work and duplicate efforts.

I really like how Notion helps us keep our SOPs centralized and it's easy to find what I need. I enjoy how you can make it visually easy to organize and also fun. My OCD is happy to use it and locate what I need for work. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The features to edit or organize the data sometimes is very manual. I'm not sure if there are templates that could be ready to use and save time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to centralize our SOPs, making them easy to find. It's visually easy and fun to organize, which keeps my OCD happy.
Customizable Database Shines in Real Estate Management
What do you like best about the product?
I love the database and how customizable it is. It helps us track and keep things organized, which is great for our real estate management. The initial setup was pretty good, and the videos are helpful.

Adaptable and Useful, but with Technical Problems
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Notion is very adaptable to needs. I can organize information in many ways depending on the requirement. For example, I can track priorities with my team in a database in table form and document each initiative.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had an annoying issue where there was a bug and a Notion changed ownership to someone outside the organization. When we contacted support, they told us that to recover it, we had to pay more. We completely lost all the work we had there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to document everything about my work and to track with my team. It resolves the order and tracking of pending tasks, as well as the documentation of progress and results.
Intuitive Collaboration with Easy Multimedia Plug-in
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for research reports, meeting minutes, and maintaining a task dashboard. I appreciate the collaborative documents feature, which allows for seamless integration of multimedia like images and videos. I find the repository building easy and beneficial. Compared to Google Docs, Notion is much more intuitive. Setting it up was very straightforward, which I really liked.
What do you dislike about the product?
Copy paste doesn't work for large chunks of data. I was trying to paste a 1000 word essay from ChatGPT, and it didn't work. I had to paste it in 5-6 chunks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion allows seamless collaboration with multimedia integration in documents and easy access through a repository, making it more intuitive than Google Docs.
Versatile Workspace with a Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion's flexibility and powerful databases. The ability to customize workflows and connect information across projects really stands out. The flexibility allows us to build workflows exactly the way our team operates instead of adjusting to a rigid system. The database features help us track projects, tasks, and information in a structured, organized way while still keeping everything connected and easy to access.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a bit of learning curve at the start especially for new users.

Notion centralizes documentation, tasks, and collaboration, eliminating scattered information across multiple tools.
Intuitive and Effective, But Sensitive to Touch
What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion because it's easy to navigate and clean. I appreciate how it includes AI options to summarize meetings or rewrite things. I also enjoy using emojis.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it very touch sensitive. Sometimes it deletes sentences by accident because I swipe out accidentally and lose my notes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to organize workflows, providing visibility into project tracking across teams.
User-Friendly Design, Powerful for Goal Setting
What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion's user interface, which has a really clean design and is easy to understand. I also appreciate that there are many things you can build upon, making it beneficial even with basic knowledge. Setting up Notion was easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think with so many things that are different ways to do things, it can definitely get confusing sometimes. I think I'm getting the hang of it every time that I use it more and more. But it can be pretty complex for people like me that are just consulting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me organize meetings with different customers and plan for my personal goals.
