What do you dislike about the product?
UI takes some time to get used to. The menus can be clunky and SOP's need ot be clear internally for teams effective use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowledge storage, best practices, aduting season, project management. Accountability!
Flexible Platform with Room for Improvement in Sharing
What do you like best about the product?
I like that every page in Notion is a blank page, and you can really build it to fit your needs. This means that I can change and twist it and edit it as much as I need, which is great. I work with a lot of different clients with different needs, and Notion helps me manage that. Notion makes it easy to manage my calendar and be prepared for back-to-back meetings with its AI writing feature. I love Notion and the AI writing assistant.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like the share feature, when you copy the link to share it with someone outside of Notion, is tough for them to access, which is hard when working with a team. It would be good if it was like a public link that anyone could access, and you would be able to toggle those settings on and off. Right now, you have to have a Notion account, and not everyone has one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me manage my calendar better and prepares me for back-to-back meetings with its AI writing feature, taking notes for me.
Flexible, AI-Driven Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Notion because the Notion AI tool is great for bouncing ideas off of and consistently provides great feedback or suggestions on how to build a project management platform that meets our organization's needs. I can give Notion AI a high-level view of what I'm trying to accomplish, and it quickly guides me to exactly what needs to be done to make it a reality. Additionally, I found the learning curve quite easy since I view Notion as a blank slate to create almost anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
As we now have several teams and many users on Notion, there are many things quickly being built on Notion. It isn't a problem yet, but I can see the need for clear organization and security around all the different tools being built.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to align cross-functional projects and provide flexibility in tool-building. The Notion AI tool is great for bouncing ideas and it quickly helps me achieve what I need.
AI-Driven Efficiency Makes Notion a Must-Have
What do you like best about the product?
I like the tracking systems in Notion because they are amazing and the AI features are incredible. They save me a ton of time compared to building these things by hand, even if I had instructions to follow. Also, switching from Google Sheets to Notion made sense because of the better tracking and the AI's capability to build sheets for us. The initial setup of Notion was easy, which I appreciate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the automation is a little tough. Sometimes pages just go to weird places. Like, when it takes notes for meetings, they're not under meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for creating tables and tracking newsroom stories, saving me time with AI features that handle tasks even with directions.
Intuitive and AI-Powered Platform, Perfect for Product Updates
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Notion is intuitive, especially with the AI, which makes things quicker and easier and digestible to the team. I absolutely love it. The AI is my favorite on Notion. I like that all of the pages almost look like their own separate web page, which allows you to design it with different colors, sections, and headers. I love that you can embed a page within a page. I also like that it will transcribe if you're on meetings, which means I don't have to take notes, and I can go back and search through the notes. The integration of it is great as well. The AI makes it easy for me to make changes and adjustments, and it's intuitive enough to give examples or suggestions. The design feels exciting and unique, making the whole experience more engaging.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm new to Notion, and there's a lot to learn about it. I haven't found a guide with tips and tricks or one-on-one information, and I wish that was available. It would help not having to seek training outside of Notion to understand how to build things out. I wish there was a Notion page for quickly upscaling my knowledge with best practices and tips.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to make information easily accessible, create templates, track work, and convey product updates clearly. The AI makes modifications easy, transforming how I organize and present information for my team.

What do you like best about the product?
I like using Notion for organizing and collaborating on projects as it provides one place for everything to collaborate. I appreciate being able to directly leave feedback, edit, or modify the content from various individuals who have access to the project, as I don't have to go individually to get feedback. Additionally, the initial setup of Notion was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the UI could be more appealing, maybe more like Word or Docs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for organizing and collaborating on projects. It solves the problem of needing one place for everything to collaborate. I appreciate being able to directly leave feedback and edit content with others, saving me from individually collecting feedback.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been incredibly impressed by Notion's level of organization, ease of use, and the collaboration it enables. The Notion AI tool is phenomenal for quickly searching company resources, allowing me to find answers quickly without relying on others. I also love how you can organize it and collaborate with teammates on shared documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say if it's being nitpicky, the Notion AI tool is a little slow to respond, but I also recognize that it's searching through all of our knowledge base and documents. Depending on how we have those things organized, may be a self-inflicted wound.

I find Notion helps me find answers quickly and expedites my work process without relying on others. I love the organization and collaboration features for shared docs, making teamwork efficient.
Streamlined Project Management but Needs Performance Tweaks
What do you like best about the product?
I find Notion incredibly useful for project management for so many reasons, not least of which being because all project assets can live in one platform, which helps Notion AI have immediate access to all the context about the project, saving me time. I love how Notion allows me to work seamlessly on various projects across different industries. Notion AI is fantastic at automating repetitive tasks and assisting me in thinking strategically about all aspects of my projects. I can accomplish more quickly by automating with Agents, and having a thought partner with all the context helps me make informed decisions fast. That's hugely valuable to me. The initial setup was easy for me due to my experience, but now with Notion AI it's even easier. It does a great job advising on setup based on parameters I set in chat.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Notion gets slow, even if my environment isn't that full in terms of databases or content on pages. Sometimes tabs will go blank and need to be refreshed. Very recently, Notion AI has been giving me errors in chat and I need to log out and back into my account to get it working again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to centralize project assets, eliminating redundant platform switching. Notion AI automates repetitive tasks and assists with strategic thinking, allowing for rapid, informed decision-making. This efficiency lets me deliver more value to businesses with less effort.
