Best Documentation tool for Product designer
What do you like best about the product?
Notion helps me compile all my notes and list in one place, it is highly accessible and userfriendly as it did not take me a lot of time to learn this software and how to use it
What do you dislike about the product?
I usually use it to write or compile my case studies, but creating a portfolio on the notion is easy and not as customizable, I wish there were better options to customize the font styles, weight, and size.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me easily create my design portfolio with various case studies, take random notes from my classes and the books that i read, and create a collection of design resources that are easily accessible when i need it.
The best personal writing tool and project management tool, all in one.
What do you like best about the product?
Notion makes everything a block that can be dragged over, columned horizontally. Making writing and arranging paragraphs of Text a breeze.
Plus, contacting their Customer Support feels like you're talking to a helpful friend. They're so fast at responding and solving your problems as well.

What do you dislike about the product?
It could get too complex if you got too drunk of its power.
That you became too unfocused and you can't handle the scope of your Notebook anymore
That you became too unfocused and you can't handle the scope of your Notebook anymore
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to deal with Document files anymore, as everything cloud-synced and every Notion page is stackable inside it's own Pages.
So it's a Writing app as much as it's a Cloud service, right inside your Documents as well. All with Live collaboration features inside.
You also have the free-reign power of Web apps inside, you can embed YouTube videos, live cloud files of your other tools, right on your Documents.

Powerful and fast note taking app.
What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like the most about Notion is its ability to use things like tables, spreadsheets, and embedded documents in its note/document.
Before Notion, I would need to rely on pasting in links from sources like Google Spreadsheet or direct to another document. With Notion, I can easily access all these within a Notion Doc, and the best thing of them all? They load almost instantaneously.

What do you dislike about the product?
I explored using it as the go-to knowledge center for my current team, but the pricing is on the steeper end. I am still evaluating the app when it comes to this regard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to use multiple types of note-taking in Notion saves me a lot of time. Instead of jumping between multiple applications, I can now access most of the things I need in Notion.
Cleanest, meanest, and best tool for collaborative learning
What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like the most about Notion is the ability to limit who I share information with and the clean interface allowing me to focus on what comes first. It has helped me form habits, info-dumps & create SOPs for my team to asynchronously learn from while I'm away.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is still no alignment option for adding text in a certain manner, leaving me to play around with various other tools accessible with the "/" device. It could be a huge addition as I'd be able to blog, ideate and create ideas much more fluidly without worrying about the formatting!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is allowing me to share wiki-hows, SOPs, general company-wide information, documents that some groups need access to, manage projects with timelines, include databases of company-wide practices and more! It is seamless, relies very little on ambiguity, and has secure shared access. Not only that, I can publish to web and share links with people outside of the organisation.
Love Notion!
What do you like best about the product?
Notion's UI and UX are intuitive and clean. I use it in my personal and professional life to stay organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI writing feature is nice but still developing, in my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps us with organization and documentation.
Best documentation tool
What do you like best about the product?
The collaboration is so easy, thanks to the live edit. There are also a lot of features that enable many use cases, whether we must create roadmaps, follow projects, write documentation, compute feedback or give access to specific content for our clients.
It is very easy to use and understand.
The new feature opening pages on the side peek is the best improvement.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we tend to create too many pages, and we get lost in all our projects. The architecture is not always easy to understand.
Also I am missing a feature which is the possibility in toggle list to put a title (heading 1, 2, 3) and not just regular text.
And the inline table is not always easy to use. Having to add a database is a pain sometimes.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is solving our need to gather all our documentation at one place for all teams. We use it for the documentation of all our product, from the studies we do to the final documentation, for product team, engineer, marketing and sales team. We also use it for reporting, meeting notes and better follow the status and state of our projects.
Best workspace for our team
What do you like best about the product?
The Notion has easy-to-use various features.
Use can use those features simply by clicking/symbol and typing the feature as you want while taking notes.
I love it!

I love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a completely new platform for me. So I struggled a little at the beginning to get used to it. But this platform provides you with different tutorials, examples, ready to use templates so you can easily adapt your project and start using it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it's very easy to create, edit, and share internal documents with the team. You can also create database tables and put links to those files. It's an excellent feature to see all documents in one place and reach them with one click.
Best product for personal productivity
What do you like best about the product?
I cannot think of a better tool for productivity. Often in my work I see people misusing different tools such as Presentations to share detailed lists of tasks, or Text Sheets to enter tables and numbers. Notion succeeds in being a flexible tool for every marketing activity we want to do, from strategy considerations to to-do lists.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer to have simpler sharing options for those who do not have an account in Notion and simplified file export for sending documents by email. So far we found some work around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I always had my to do list in an unintuitive and flexible excel file.
Notion allows me to keep my to do list updated according to individual tasks and according to deadlines with the calendar option. Notion for my team is a terrific tool for sharing and storing documentation on our projects and OKRs

What do you dislike about the product?
Missing workflow components (described in more detail recently also via chat in Notion to customer support)
- missing email, mailing list (can have web page but not email or mailing list), also with own domain - e.g. if coming with own domain as website - as most Notion account types are offering unlimited storage
- missing chat, webinar features (text, audio, video chat) with recording feature, also Gravatar support - basically similar feature set as in Telegram
- missing proper calendar app

Notion: The Swiss Army Knife of Business Applications
What do you like best about the product?
The blank-slate canvas that notion provides is both very intimidating and promising. It has the ability to create databases that can be connected to other databases. It has very rich note-taking capabilities that even alow for a LaTex-like language as well as support for many programming languages.
Overall, I would highly recommend this tool especially if you hate using things like spreadsheets and wikis to document and track things.

What do you dislike about the product?
It is not the most out-of-the-box intuitive application. You can't just open it and know what you're doing. It requires either watching videos or spending a lot of time exploring. I would not recommend using it without going through those steps first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- A robust note-taking application for different math and development courses that I take.
- Keeping track of different personal or work projects that don't require interactions with developers.
- Managing personal databases of things that I want to keep track of like restaurants that I usually go to, or home renovation projects that I'm working on.
