Notion AI and Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the clean and minimal layout of the forum. I also appreciate how helpful Notion AI is when looking to improve some of my writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the inability to quickly create a second or separate window for a different page within the forum.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion AI is the most useful, in comparison to other competitors. It helps correct and making my writing adaptable to any given situation.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, and helps me to stay organized. I like the new AI feature. The notion component options makes it easy to record and store various types of content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there were more vibrant colors, the format of the tables can be a bit bland at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me to stay organized, to prioritize, and to knock out tasks. I love the new AI assistance tool.
The best collaborative workspace app
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using notion since September, I love the functions and the AI. I do feel the AI is overpriced at $120 a year, I get notion as part of an education plan but the $120 annually is far too much for me to consider at this moment in time, perhaps if they did a discount it would be an option for me going forwards.
The ability to organise and build collaborative workspaces is great.

I think the editor tool could be slightly easier to use
The AI is too expensive for students
The function of putting a pdf/PowerPoint into AI and have it converted to a editable text rather than appear as an attachment would be amazing.
Most educational users are making notes from lectures and there's a lot of screenshots and copy and paste - imagine a world in which I drag and drop one file and the whole thing becomes and editable text. Dreams.

I wouldn't say it's solving business problems particularly, the only real benefit is the collaborative workspaces. I have a friend who works together with me so we can contribute to the same notes. That could easily be used in a work setting

It is like my second brain, and now with AI it's even more powerful!
As a university student I find it so useful in keeping my notes in order and I don't know what I would do without it!

I wish some of the native templates were better.

When it comes to my university work, notion is amazing at helping me, weather it comes to notes, essay plans, mind maps, the ideas are endless when I have notion
An All-in-One AI powered workspace
What do you like best about the product?
* Love the template. It almost give me everythin that I need to manage my product development everyday. It also give me same example to help me start writing without starting erverything from sketch.
* AI can help me provide more angles of thinking to improve a product design.
* If it needs to be implemented through code, the code part will also be formatted. And when there is something in the code that I can't understand, AI can also give a detailed explanation, and will provide some actual case data to help understand which is very helpful.
* With the function of AI and the template of notion, notion can basically complete the daily work every day. No need to shuttle back and forth in multiple software anymore. This is really great!

What do you dislike about the product?
* If I was writing in a blank page with AI, it will automatically rename the page name by using the question you ask which is great. But if I continuously giving AI more details it can't keep my qustion or details on the page. When I read this document again, I don't know how some content was generated. For example was this AI generated or did I write it? What question did I ask that caused the AI to give me this answer. This is not conducive to recording ideas and inspirations that come to me.

Notion AI streamlines task and project management by providing a unified workspace for organizing all work. Its collaboration features enable real-time editing and feedback, facilitating teamwork. In summary, Notion AI's capabilities contribute to better organization and increased productivity.

There is nothing I dislike about notion. I do not know what else there is to improve.

Notion is solving the problem of having too many ideas in my head. It helps me plan, organize, and create ideas for my daily,weekly, and long term goals. It provides so much value.

What do you like best about the product?
Before writing scripts for YouTube videos, I had to open two windows. One was for Chat GPT, and the other was for Notion. But now that Notion has it integrated is just pure bliss!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Notion had a Discord integration that made it easy to pull links pasted into a discord server straight into a table/document on Notion. Apart from that I think it meets my needs and I'm happy to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me keep my script writing for all my youtube videos into one simple app that always works. No matter what device I am using, it all syncs without a hitch .

I love the AI Writing Assistant because it helps me formulate better sentences & copy for the content I make for myself.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of Notion is having to customize your dashboard or buy templates to make it look personalized. If they had pre-made templates like websites do, it would make it ever better functionally & aesthetically!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are helping me solve my problem with writing everything thing down to keep track of my ideas, content schedule, & copyrighting when I get stuck on what to write for content.

I’ve been able to build tools that directly address my own needs. I’m able to store knowledge in a clear, organized way via the personal zettlekasten (1) I’ve built.
I also love Notion for it’s versatility in a business setting — I’ve built a management system that helps my team and I stay productive and efficient. With Notion, I can allocate tasks, track progress, and ensure transparency of responsibilities and workloads. Not to mention, the new AI writing assistant has saved me HOURS of time copywriting!

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I think Notion is missing is a Notion template marketplace, similar to salesforce, shopify, raycast, apple, etc. As a template seller, my life would be much easier if I had a single, certified hub to distribute my template to those who need it and not have to worry about someone duplicating my work and selling it for themselves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AI Writing Assistant: Notion has helped me solve problems with generating ideas and refining copy. Before having access to the AI writing assistant, it took significant time to articulate ideas in a way that was easy for my team to understand and even more time to iterate on those ideas. With access to the AI writing assistant, those same creative workflows take less than a quarter of the time. Rough jumbles of thoughts can be transformed into well-structured sentences in seconds. Ideas and copy can be rephrased in dozens of different ways and tones with the click of a button. Grammatical errors and typos are nonexistent. With this level of speed, we've been able to move forward quickly through the ideation phase and bring our ideas to life.
Knowledge Base: Notion has enabled me to manage the knowledge I accumulate daily. Before using Notion, I saved articles and images in multiple bookmark managers, which inevitably led to disorganization. However, Notion has provided me with the space to create a database for collecting articles and ideas I consume and the structure to organize them and link them to their overarching ideas. Thanks to my newfound organization, I have been able to manage my learnings and make use of them.
