great for coordinating projects and meeting notes and databases
What do you like best about the product?
I like being ablet o easily integrate google drive files images and connect to other dtaabases
What do you dislike about the product?
It could use more icons for labeling different pages
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AI writing assistant has been very helpful when writing background summaries that migth take a few hours doing gogle searches. I use it help track projects to do lists and meeting notes .
Notion organizes my life
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is intuitive, customizable, and endlessly useful for project management, life planning, writing, and anything else you can think of. I've used countless tools but nothing is as good as notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could more seamlessly sync to my google calendar without having to use a third party integration tool. It's the only downside missing in the product in my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is customizable enough to keep everything I need for any project in one dashboard. It keeps my notes and writing organized. And the AI tool is simply invaluable. It's already learned my writing style and cuts my work time on repetitive tasks down to nothing.
An Organizer's Best Friend
What do you like best about the product?
I like the layout of Notion, especially how easy it is to use in terms of organizing documents, images, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's difficult to layout certain elements, but that's about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The addition of AI has been an immense help with organizing projects and elements.
AI Writing Assistant and Productivity Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion as a way to keep my school notes organized. In addition, AI enables faster note taking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion's AI is great and industry standard, but it does not like to be asked question that are not "related to the document", which can be limiting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is enabling me to keep all of my important documents in one place and organized. It has an interactive TODO list feature built in and its AI writing assistant can aid in notetaking and is quite impressive.
Best software for note taking for students
What do you like best about the product?
I can find anything I need in a instant. I appreciate the AI, as it helps to further understand topic content. Instantly I can have AI explain to me what I am studying so I don't have to scour the internet forever looking for an explanation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could make more edits offline, the 10 edit limit can be annoying sometimes. If there were file saved edits it would be easier to work on the go. However, it's not the end of the world.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without the clunkiness of some competitors, I am able to make clear notes and documents that are easy to read. I am more productive and my motivation to work has increased.
Game changer
What do you like best about the product?
I have never been so organized! It's been so convenient for work and personal. I've been able to stay on top of things a lot easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been a few time where it takes a little while to sync up between my phone and work computer. I also found it a little confusing when I first started using it, but I got the hang of it quickly through trial and error.

Oranization and writing improvements.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is an amazing tool for organizing your thoughts, planning out detailed databases of connected information, or even writing emails and documents before you send them off.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love their to be a bit more customization as far as fonts, colors, and layouts for pages, but otherwise it is fantastic! I would also love to see more integrations with outside apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion has changed the way I write. Being able to have NotionAI read through everything I write (and not be limited to a certain amount of text) and then rewrite for clarity or expand on my text (in my writing style) is amazing. It can pull out action lists, get a outline or overview, and even create test questions from my notes from my classes.

I love the easy of use implementing AI into my workflow with Notion, it's made everything faster!

It can be overwhelming at times to set everything up and keep things organized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion AI is saving me time, which is huge. Notion in general is what I use for my to-do list/task management, organizing notes, and helping me focus on what matters in my business.
Efficient for writing
What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate the most is now NotionAi. I can summarize my notes and information quickly and efficiently. For example, when drafting a PRD for stakeholders, I brain-drop all the information and hit 'Improve Writing' to review what can be improved.
What do you dislike about the product?
Team permission and page permissions made it very confusing to navigate. In addition, the overall page creation was challenging to get a hold of, coming from GitBook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wordiness in PRD writing.

I like the organization of customer and project information that Notion and Notion AI offer.

The lack of scribble capability is frustrating when using a tablet.
