So much more than a note taking app
What do you like best about the product?
The search functionality, AI and all of the different templates and formatting available. I use notion for everything from managing my monthly expenses to using its AI to help improve my coding methods and projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! I've tried so many note taking apps and have never stuck with any of them until Notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping with code improvements and mardown formatted note taking.
About the product! AI Writing Assistant
What do you like best about the product?
The AI assistant is super helpful for writing emails and cover letters. I really appreciate the feature to make writing more friendly, professional, etc., It is well done and you can be very specific with what you're asking the AI to do for you.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think I really have any dislikes, I am a huge notion fan. It how I keep my whole life organized. I will say I think mastering the features and setting up your pages has a bit of a learning curve, but nothing too bad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping everything organized and in a central place that is easy for me to view and search for specifics. AI writing assistant is super helpful and efficient for tasks that could otherwise be a bit mundane.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion has become my one stop information hub. I have pages to save links and use the web clipper to quickly send pages to my database. I use it for project management, and for planning lessons every week.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile experience is pretty poor and I don't enjoy using it. It's difficult to make edits on documents and easy to move blocks around while trying tk just scroll

It serves as a second brain for all the interesting articles and works i want to research later.

Notion's AI writing Assistant is incredible!
What do you like best about the product?
It's very useful throughout for note-taking in so many other purposes. What I like most is the new AI writing assistant which accepts prompts which guide it to write summaries or new content based upon the text you've already written in the document.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I'm using the mobile app on Android I have trouble selecting text sometimes. When I want to select a large amount of text, I touch and drag down to the bottom of the screen but it doesn't always continue scrolling up as I would hope it would to allow me to continue to select more of the documents text.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The AI writing assistant really helps me get going when writing a thank you letter or other business document by giving me an excellent example to modify to my needs.
Game changer
What do you like best about the product?
The Ai capabilities is a game changer for me andy business. Automating my tasks, helping with organization, transforming my content better and really just letting me feel unstoppable with what I can do with the app!
What do you dislike about the product?
To be quite honest, there's not really that much. I would love it if the ai is more advanced that it currently is but again this tool is alreafy leaps and bounda better than others!

Notion help with content creation ideas, organization, time management, project management, script writing, journaling, organizing my life, process improvement and many more

Nothing has been such an unlock in my life and i truly use it for EVERYTHING.

NOTHING, LOL. I can't think of anything I dislike about Notion and Notion AI. They truly take a note taking app and take it to the next level.

Notion has been a let to help me do so much but once they included Notion AI it has taken my love to the next level. I was even able to replace $30 grammarly easily.
Useful and efficient for organization
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use the Notion application and how it can support me in staying organized and up to the task and recording all reports that I need to hand in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting familiar with the application can take a while because it has many outstanding features, but once you use it once, it pretty much makes everything easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying organized and concise and efficient communication. I love the AI feature and how easy it is to call upon the different feature commands as I am creating a report.

I love that I can keep track of my assignments everywhere, and Notion AI's professional feature helps me write emails so eloquently! I tell all my friends to use Notion and they end up loving it!

As a Product Manager, Notion.so is my go-to tool for all product-related documentation. The app can load slow sometimes which can be annoying but I have seen improvements in the last year.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how you can have subfolders for different topics! I run a team of 25 and having organized notes is key to my success as well as my reams success. I use the AI all the time and it makes life so much more efficient!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could alphabetize the subfolders within notion for easier access. That is honestly the only negative i could say about notion. If You added that feature, it would be perfection.

I manage 25 people so notion is making it so easy to keep everything organized. The ai tool helps when i get stuck or need a brainstorm buddy to ping ideas off.
