Can't live without it
What do you like best about the product?
I love the customisation and features. There are so many features you can explore, and it makes productivity fun and more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could annotate directly on pages with my tablet and stylus. It would make Notion an app that everyone would need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving my lack of productivity and organisation. I used to be very unorganised, and documents and information would be everywhere. Now that I have a database where I can store everything as well as find everything, it makes it so much easier.
Perfect database to organize everything
What do you like best about the product?
Customizable views are powerful and Notion AI is also very helpful when I organize, summarize, and visualize business/private things.
What do you dislike about the product?
The worst thing is its desktop app. The specification of the tabbing within a page is hard to use smoothly, from title to header, then to content.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the database feature for meetings and project notes.
I have found a ton of value in the new Notion AI. It has helped me with first drafts and summarizing notes and action items.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more customizability came in the standard Notion package from an aesthetic perspective. Many of the cool designs I see out there require extra downloads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion has helped me create a system for work and life management that I want to use. The combination of pulling things together across the web, files on my device, and integrations is really powerful and prevents me from having to jump around all over the place to manage my work.

What do you like best about the product?
How flexible its structure is - I can tailor it to what works best for me. I also love how I can add heading pictures and make my pages look organised and pretty.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hmmm, I wish there were more font options. Other than that I have nothing negative to say about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
having one platform where all my information is kept. I take uni notes here, i have my reading list here, my goals, my to do list... its so compact and organised i love it.

I love how I can yse it as a planner and a place for my school work. I can put the time of my classes, work schedule, meal plan and take class notes. Notion has more to offer.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I try to insert a photo in my class notes, the words mess up and i have to add another column. Also for the misspelled words it's just a red line with no options.

Notion is helping me be more productive as a college student and helps me create study plans for exams and help me prep for essays. As well as helping me create a meal plan with ai.

What do you like best about the product?
It functions as my second brain that I can physically see all the information I need. The more you get used to Notion, the more features become easier to use and therefore more functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a bit to get used to the platform, but basic usage is user-friendly enough. The iphone app could be more user-friendly. I'd like a way to flip through sub-pages within a toggle section/heading within a sub-page
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to keep my notes organized for school. As a knowledge base it is a 21st century commonplace book. The AI writing assistant has been an excellent tool to prevent writer's block, to generate more writing ideas, and to rephrase blocks of texts.

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love the simplistic interface yet powerful integrations and tools. I have used it for the last four months with my company, and I honestly feel I have improved my workflow and how communicate with my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more options for font choices for the dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Honestly the AI writing assistant was the most useful when it made to making tasks for planning or writing emails or concepts for presentations. It helped me be efficient with time and purpose on the site.

Day to day work made easy
What do you like best about the product?
Notion AI has immensely helped me with fleshing out my Confluence pages and technical designs. It improves my language, builds out my action points, and summarizes large blocks of content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, templates can be complicated, especially if you are not familiar with Notion. It is easy to get lost in the many items and features that can be included in each template.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion AI has helped me save hours of work by helping me flesh out as well as simplify blocks of technical designs and documentation which can easily be understood by non-tech savvy colleagues.

Notion AI is fully integrated into Notion, allowing for seamless use. By simply pressing the space key, action suggestions are displayed, making it intuitive to use. Of course, it can also be used in natural language like Chat-GPT. Most importantly, it can be used directly as a Notion page, so you can create a page without having to copy and paste.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when the output results are subtle. Sometimes the response is far from what was requested, and when the exact same request is made again, it works correctly, giving the impression that the operation is still unstable. Overall, the responses are short, and I have to frequently use the "lengthen" option in the menu. It would be even better if there was a feature to display sources like Bing.
