What do you like best about the product?

I am able to store everything from my travel plan, online course notes to miscellaneous things in there and able to share with other people. Before that I store a lot of random things on notes or to do list on my iPhone, MacBook or actual note books but it's hard to find things when you need them.

What do you dislike about the product?

It is easy to start with but as soon as you want to set up something more complicated, especially formula related. It is very difficult. Need to go through a few walk through tutorials on YouTube to figure it out.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am using Notion AI a lot more now, it helps to generate some rough ideas for new projects which makes my work easier. Also English is not my native language, it helps to perfect my professional English.

What do you like best about the product?

summarize an article in an instant way, and I can modify the length of the respond.

sometimes it doesn't reply if the article is too long.

It's so customizable and fast. When I switched over from Evernote it was night and day.

Doesn't work well offline, i.e. on the plane without wifi

LIKE as in emotionally drawn to.... I like the artwork that you can choose to appear on your pages.

I LOVED how easy it was to turn my Notion page into a Super.so website.

I would like to have some kind of voice to text feature - there are workarounds but I'd like something integrated.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

So many it's not possible to say but one BIG problem it solved was hours and hours of time that I would otherwise have spent on SquareSpace or Wix setting up my webpage. I was literally able to turn my Notion pages into a website with just a couple of clicks. brilliant! And I can manage any changes to the site directly from Notion.

The editing features are very simple and non-distracting. You get can get your work done without needing to think about formatting and it still looks good.

What do you dislike about the product?

The sidebar organization can get a bit messy, I would rather prefer to have folders instead of header pages.

It lets me organize my notes in my own free way and it allows hybrid forms of documents that can be reports, but collections at the same time. The AI writing tool really helps getting texts just right, and it can also work with very long texts unlike the web chat tools out there.

One aspect I find lacking in Notion is its mobile app, which could benefit from improved performance and fluidity to match the desktop experience. Enhancements in this area would further enhance the overall user experience. I also look forward to easily linking Excel sheets with graphs and chartsinto my Notion page. Or maybe include cell formulas in Notion?

I don't have to do redundant work like organising my pages, adding headings etc. The AI function is a strong selling point for me. I love how my note pages are like websites that link to each other.

I have been using the tool for the past 6 months and I have nothing to mention as a downside at the moment.

- AI Writing Assistant to reduce & increase the quality of new/existing content

Its easy to use and keep order of things.

That u cant put out boxes to type in and the commands are very easy on a computer but not as easy on the phone..

I helps me to save time and keep order of the things i do.
The main problem is how to build it for myself but when that is ordered it is very easy to render and make it my own.

I love that Notion AI allows me to improve my writing by providing alternative ways to say something, and generates top-quality content at the click of a button. I love that I can use it by using the command J shortcut button and that a list of suggestions comes up when I use Notion AI. I have found the "change the tone" button specifically useful for me, along with the "make shorter" or "make longer" shortcut commands. Overall, I've used Notion AI for everything from writing content for my blog to writing emails, doing research for work, improve website copy. Total gamechanger!

What do you dislike about the product?

I don't like the fact that Notion AI has a word limit on how much text I can insert. I would love to be able to not have a word limit at all or be able to insert longer text into the commands. Moreover, while it's great for writing and generating the content, I wish it would also include text-to-image and video generation so I can use Notion AI for all my needs and purposes without leaving the platform. It's also not great at handling math problems. I tried to solve some math problems using Notion AI and have the time the answers I got were way off.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

With Notion and Notion AI, I'm able to quickly do research that would normally take hours to do beforehand (in minutes!). I also use it for improving my writing, generating content, and brainstorming new ideas.

Notion helped me build a comprehensive life plan and provided me with a lot of tools to customize it the way I wanted. I had tried many other applications before, but I was not satisfied with them, especially when I needed to switch between multiple applications to organize things or write down my thoughts and ideas. It was challenging to collect tasks and keep them organized under one project or category.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes Notion can be a bit slow, although they are constantly working on fixing it. Additionally, I feel that there is a need for more formulas to enhance the features within our databases and improve the writing experience.

I have ADHD, and I often have a lot of ideas running through my mind. Before discovering Notion, I struggled to keep track of them and revisit them later. I used to find myself multitasking without a clear starting point because I didn't know how to organize everything. I tried using various tools like Access and Excel for building tools, Google Keep for writing, and multiple task management applications.

Notion AI has been an absolute game-changer for me in my work and content creation journey! It's like having a supportive friend by my side, helping me write compelling articles, craft engaging scripts, and even come up with witty tweets and social media posts. With Notion AI, I never have to worry about spending hours figuring out how to build databases or organize my life.
