Notion is amazing, we are in love with it and use it to manage all the company
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is amazing, we use it for note taking, document creation, wiki areas, software documentation, brainstorming. The AI functionality is very powerful and has helped speed our work. If Notion goes public I will be the first one to buy stock ❤️🔥

We keep all of the company's knowledge base, project data, and note-taking and task distribution for the team during meetings in one place using a single tool.
Ai made it better
What do you like best about the product?
I really started using it after reading Building a second brain by tiago forte. Notion has been really helpful in organising everything that I want to capture.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer notion to have its own smart speech to text because I use that feature a lot. It would also be helpful to have a to do feature that is built-in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have two jobs and I am writing my PhD so there are lot of notes and reminders. Notion really helps me keep every thing organised and accessible. When I need them. The AI feature has helped in drafting emails and summarising articles for me for my research.
AI Writing Assistant is a collaborator that all writers should have
What do you like best about the product?
First of all, I am Italian and I am also using AI Writing Assistant to translate this review that I first wrote in Italian. So, starting from this, the translator is a whole different story compared to Google's automatic translator or any other automatic translation, finally you can have a translation that makes sense and that is perfect.
I am a writer of stories, poems, and short stories on Wattpad and Notion AI has made my life much easier by saving me a lot of time. Every day I use it especially with "correct grammar and spelling", I dictate and therefore errors are frequent but with this correction system that does not add anything else to what you have written, hours and hours of work are saved.
Another part that I love about Notion AI is also "improve writing". I don't use it often because I like to write alone, but I find it interesting even for instructive insights, Notion AI teaches you how it could be written better. It never goes to change what you write.
I also like to use "make longer": I write a rather concise concept and let Notion AI develop it a little for me and it is useful when you have little time to write and you want to delve a little more into a part.
Loving to write poetry, I was also fascinated by those poems that Notion AI is able to write, starting from any kind of topic and manages to extract an interesting and even funny poem, of course then the translation is not poetic and therefore that's where I come in.
Another feature that I find extremely interesting is "write a creative story" which allows me to expand my ideas with those of Notion AI and combine them to have richer and more multifaceted plots. It is never a replacement for one's own work, but always and only a supplement because everything starts from the request that is made.
I am fully satisfied with Notion AI, I use it every day and it helps me save a lot of time and also expand ideas. It is not my substitute, it is a collaborator, it does the heaviest work and leaves me the most fun part of creating, I believe that Notion AI is a collaborator that all writers should have.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only slightly negative thing is when Notion AI refuses to correct parts that it considers too violent and I think it is a bit too severe in judging what is violent. I can understand why there is this limit but for a writer it is difficult, at some point there are parts that are not always “positive”. I understand the fear in reality, but sometimes it is a limit for fiction.

Really good AI Assistant
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how it takes into account everything that's in the document and makes it very helpful to go back. Its like a mix of word and ChatGPT and that allowes me to keep everything in the same place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the AI assistant can only write a limited amount of words so many times I have to put the same prompt twice. Also sometimes I want to give it a command about about a certain part of the document (like the part directly above or clearly explaining which part) but it does it of the whole document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me solve everything more efficiently. Especially making tables so I can know where to go to grad school, or to plan trips and even which places to go for dinner. Its honestly making my life so much easier :)

Notion is an overall amazing tool, but the AI is the most helpful tool, as it can make my writing sound more professional and also more understandable.

The Membership and Guest Function is a bit complex to manage.

Iam using it as a general Information Base for my Gaming Startup with it i can create an easy to read wiki for the Game Design for our current project and later on also use it to help with the project Management
Great platform for collaboration with some minor kinks
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to collaborate and create documents to be shared across teams. I'm a big fan of the ability to turn one view from a table view to a kanban view. I love the versatility it offers.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when multiple people are editing a document, especially if one is working from an app and the other a browser, some text gets "deleted", I take my notes on notepad honestly then paste them into notion to avoid this. It might be rare, but I rather not take my chances.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The AI assistant helps me take notes and extract action items more efficiently. I don't have to worry too much about grammar or writing full sentences while taking meeting notes. It's made the post-meeting work much easier and efficient
I use it to write and correct emails in French
What do you like best about the product?
It's pratical, easy to use. Mutiple functions. Fast. You can write easily emails in another language. You can improve your write and in this way it's more cool to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the "improve text" do not correspont to the original intention in the text. They change the sens of the sentence.

As have a lot of tools you can easily adapt to your needs, your personal organisation and the way that you adapt the best.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate this application's simplicity and ease of use. it's got advanced features for experienced users, but doesn't require new people to fully understand them to engage.
What do you dislike about the product?
if you don't know how to write in markdown, it's a bit hard to use. it's also kind of difficult to navigate quickly between recently accessed pages without manually managing bookmarks and extensions
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
google drive is great at making deliverables but not great for managing notes. as a google suite based company, I needed something to supplement my work here. notion filled the gap.
