Very happy customer
What do you like best about the product?
It is super intuitive, and the AI tool has been a total productivity booster in my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest lacking feature is that there is no way to track changes, suggestions and comments, similar to the one in google docs. it makes it easier to see iterations and who changed what and how a document was updated over time. i have a colleague who didnt switch from google docs to notion for this reason. i do think notion benefits outweigh this inconvenience but i do experience the pain point. to overcome this i typically pick a different color for every iteration, ask people to do the same, do not resolve comments so we dont lose valuable context etc
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
two main things: the platform serves as a knowledge base for the entire company, and the ai writing assistant supports my work almost like working with another colleague/editor which has been fantastic
Experience using Notion
What do you like best about the product?
It's great for organizing multiple documents, embedding documents within others. Also the '/' feature to pull up specific tools within Notion increases efficiency. The AI has been great! I've been using it to modify the tone, summarize snippets, and write job descriptions. It's very easy to access.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems as more features roll out, it slows down a bit. This can be frustrating as you wait for the tool to catch up. Sometimes it does feel like theres too many tools and options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps everything in one place and personally, I find it's easier to use and navigate than something like a Google doc. The AI really helps those of us who are not the strongest writers.
Notion AI - Very good implementation
What do you like best about the product?
Notion AI is just about the best baked-in use of GPT I have tried; it writes better than most. Formats very well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it doesn't get the same quality of information as other implementations I use.

Many of the problems Evernote refused to address

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is incredibly customisable and allows me to organise information in a way that can be leveraged by any colleague. It's flexibility compared to competitors is key.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion requires a certain mindset to get the most out of it. If organisations using it are lucky enough to have such colleagues who can see the bigger picture, then Notion is perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion mainly for project management but I have recently begun to use it for its AI capabilities. On the latter, it has proven to be considerably useful as an adjunct to my own skills. I particularly enjoy using the AI writing assistant to help me make my project notes more condensed so that others can grasp the main point more quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
I think that Notion and Notion AI create a streamlining experience for work and work organization. I also love the customization aspects of the site. It's really easy to database everything and task manage with the site.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think one thing that I dislike about notion is that there's no tutorials or guides when you first start your account, and you have to look for helper videos and tutorials, rather than having a beginner tutorial, adjacent to video game mechanic tutorials.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion really helps with the AI,like if you're confused about an assignment or need a guideline to start a project. It also allows work to be turned out quicker, and it can help meet word counts.

What do you like best about the product?
Most task management software is crowded, ugly, and tedious. Notion makes organization a joy. As a creative, I struggle a lot with keeping tabs on tasks, to-dos, and documentation for my business. Notion makes it so easy to keep everything in one place, beautifully, simply.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to organize multiple layers of documents or lists within Notion. It gets to be a bit like the film Inception; a doc within a doc within a doc. I would love it if they had some kind of foldering option or nesting of documents on the left-hand side menu.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization of my personal to-do lists, business to-do lists, and documentation when I need to share things with team members.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like working on Notion due to several points --
1)Workspace Customization -I love how me and my team can customize and personalize my workspace by adding graphs , charts etc.
2)Real time collaboration - My team members can edit and modify my wokspace real time so we can collaborate and contribute to the same project .

What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few points which i don't really love that much -
1) Complex to work for some poeple - There are many people in my team who aren't really tech savvy . It becomes a bit overwhelming for them to work on Notion for them .
2)Limited formatting options: Notion's formatting options can be limited, especially compared to other word processors or note-taking apps. For example, there are limited options for text formatting, and there's no built-in spell-checker.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the main problem that Notion solves for me and my team is it's sync feature. It makes editing , adding pictures , videos , graphs in our workspace by every time member easy and it gives a wide range of features and is compatible on every platform .
Necessary if you want to keep an order on your daily habits, work and everything

The best is that you can use Notion for lists, work, daily habits, study, and more. Therefore, if you learn how to use Notion at an advanced level, you can create templates as you wish
What do you dislike about the product?
When you start using Notion, you can use basic templates, but there are many things to do, and it is hard to choose. And if you want to create custom templates, it is tough to start from scratch
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me to keep my day organized, and it helps my team, too. I can easily create lists of everything I do or want to do and keeping a follow-up to all of them

Databases are the best things about Notions. Personalisation is another of the fantastic tools Notion gives you.

The fact is not really aesthetically pleasant. It's very difficult to make it nice and colourful.

What do you like best about the product?
It is an app that allows important information or processes of a company to be concentrated in one place, without much complexity and in a very practical way, it generates order.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although its functions fulfill everything, the way of filling in the information does not take the paragraphs to organize into text type or you already had them written, but overall good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to have a practical and simple space but with all the information of a company, like a knowledge base so that everyone can access and have it.
