What do you like best about the product?
I can do basically ANYTHING with Notion. It is an absolutely incredible tool that powers my business
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot really think of anything. It is a bit difficult at first, but once you get the learning curve down it is very easy and straightforward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization, project management, streamlined data resource
Comms content creation is a breeze with Notion AI
What do you like best about the product?
The AI writing assistance make drafting blog posts, social media content and marketing taglines easy, all without leaving the workspace. I can also write, process and summarise meeting notes all in the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
The spellcheck still has some issues, and would like even more flexibility with repeating database entries. And hoping the AI will be more integrated with software functions in future, besides just text generation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a way to streamline and connect content creation, meeting notes and a powerful task list. We were also struggling with a lack of funding for contracted content writers - now with AI we can make this content ourselves!

Most popular devices and software offer an offline mode feature to be able to provide users with a seamless experience even when an internet connection is not available.

What do you dislike about the product?
Without offline mode, there's not enough caching. Can't use this as my main note taking app yet. Instead, I'm using a combo of Craft, Notion, Obsidian and TickTIck.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is a note-taking and project management tool that is helping to solve several problems, for both individuals and teams. Some of these problems include:

What do you dislike about the product?
Charging for AI at 10$ per month when we have several tools that essentially can do the same functionality but of course not at same ease (ChatGPT, Bard etc;) without a fee.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- I am able to take notes and organize them on a macbook without any subscription to Microsoft Office products
- I am able to access the notes from my mobile device on the go

What do you like best about the product?
Years ago I went on a mission to become more organised and tried several tools before finally settling in Notion. Some find it daunting but with the right template is literally magic, especially with the new AI features. I find my self staying in the platform longer now i can edit my documents with the support of their ai, my favourite feature is using it to remove timestamps and format transcripts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few features that other platforms have that notion could be quicker to implement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me structure my day, act as a second brain and save me time.
Aesthetic
What do you like best about the product?
Aesthetic, collaborative, good tooling for organizing, a lot of different options for different leaners (i.e., different view types, colors, call-outs, etc).

What do you dislike about the product?
Confusing to use at first. Very overwhelming. For example - using databased and understanding how to create a template is difficult. Connecting over softwares is hard. Sharing to limited groups is alos confusing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Taking notes and sharing for collaborative purposes. This has replaced Google docs for our company. It is a good project management tool, but is hard to create templates.
Loving Notions AI Features
What do you like best about the product?
I love the customized organization it provides. It helps my business run at top speeds and allows us to connect with our clients and help them be as successful as possible!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that there were more in-depth tutorials on the different features and how it can all work together. I know that a lot of creators make content on these subjects, but I would love to see some more tutorials from Notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me organize my business, effectively communicate with our clients and be able to have everybody on the same page. Marketing can be hard and a lot of work and notion makes it easy for my clients to understand and onboard.

Notion provids me with one spot to store everything I need access to throughout the day

I find the formulas challenging to use, as I'm accustomed to those used in Excel and Pages. I think a simpler reference document may be helpful.

Notion helps me resolve a number of key issues, primarily storing and tracking all data related to professional projects as well as personal ones.

The notion has powerful integration capabilities. I can easily integrate with other tools like Google Drive, Slack, and Trello, making it an efficient and effective tool for project management.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Notion offers a lot of options and features, I sometimes feel overwhelmed by the number of choices available. However, I am willing to continue exploring the software to fully utilize its capabilities.

Notion has helped me to organize my life better. With its comprehensive workspace, I can easily manage all my tasks, notes, and projects in one place. It has solved the problem of having to switch between different applications to manage my work. The convenience of having everything in one place has made my life much more organized and efficient.

The search function can be hard to find what you need when there are so many resources
