Great tool for life & work management
What do you like best about the product?
The things I find the most helpful are databases. I use them for managing all of my work tasks - it gives me the steucture for work, making it easy to plan, prepare and execute solutions I have to implement in my daily work life. I also enjoy the AI writer help, as it is a great tool to use while brainstorming ideas (especially in the case of lack of a team).
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the fact that wothout external solutions it does not integrate with Gogle Calendar. Keeping both database calendar and google calandar synced would make my life way easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed a comprehensive solution for project & data management. Previously I was dealing with unorganised, decentralised informations making it hard to find things I needed. Now, everything has a structure making me more productive and effective while performing my tasks.

That images cannot be edited and organized into templates easily

Jump start my day-to-day work and eliminate unnecessary task work outsourcing. Overall Notion has brought my productivity high and saved me time.

First was the all in one workflow, but i think the better is the flexibility of the product

some time the functions don't work in all the database, like the subgroup in the table view.

What do you dislike about the product?
One area where I've noticed some room for improvement is in the AI's ability to generate creative content. As someone who often creates slogans and catchy phrases, I was excited to see how Notion's AI would assist me in this creative process. However, after using it for a while, I noticed that the AI tends to get a bit repetitive in its suggestions.
For example, when brainstorming slogans, I found that the AI would often provide similar variations of the same idea, resulting in a lack of diversity and originality. While the AI's initial suggestions were helpful, it would have been great to see more unique and fresh ideas being generated.

As a creative professional working in an aesthetics company, finding the right tools to streamline my work and enhance productivity is a top priority. One of the primary problems Notion addresses is the scattered nature of information and tasks. Before discovering Notion, I often found myself juggling multiple apps, documents, and sticky notes, which led to inefficiency and confusion. However, Notion's all-in-one workspace consolidates everything I need in one place, providing a centralized hub for planning, note-taking, collaboration, and more.
Powerful and simple
What do you like best about the product?
I love Notion's flexible approach to note-taking. To top it off, their new Ask AI functionality is much more mature than other seemingly comparable apps. The AI can reword statements multiple times using different words and tones. I've long searched for a simple yet powerful note-taking app, and after a few years of usage, nothing comes close for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really wish the interface was more accessible. There is no reason for a note-taking application in 2023 to not work well with screen readers and other assistive technologies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion makes it easy to take notes quickly and accurately across platforms. You're not overwhelmed with options, the interface is quick and easy to figure out, and if you need more, independent content creators have templates that will meet your needs.

What do you like best about the product?
I think the program itself is the most useful. There are so many helpful ways to use notion including lesson planning for me as an educator and planning my life.

Currently, I have no dislikes about the program.

When I learned about the features I can use for lesson planning, I was excited. This has saved me so much time as a professor. I am able to organize each class that I teach, all of my lectures, and content I share with my class.
Notion has helped me become a better student
What do you like best about the product?
I like the diversity of Notion's databases. It allows me to customize subpages for the exact purpose I need. I also enjoy the AI function as it has helped me immensely with kixkstarting projects and exploring subjects from angles I was incapable of by myself.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't favor much about Notion is the complexity of it's customization. It's definitely something you have to devote lots of time to but is worth it to adequately organize thoughts and pages.

When I get stuck on a project for school, the AI function allows me to brainstorm ideas or introduce different viewpoints. The effective note taking layouts and databases helps me organize my work and be more productive.
The best tool for organize my life (as an ADHD)
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is an excellent tool since I can separate my personal life, professional life and other areas. I am a person with ADHD and have trouble creating a plan for a task, so AI notion helps me divide the bigger task into smaller tasks; this help reduces my anxiety. Also, with better organization, I stopped missing appointments and deadline data. Before notion and Notion AI, I struggled to organize several parts of my life.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion and Notion AI can be slow sometimes because of the emojis, figures, graphs, links and other stuff that lag the visual aspect. This is a problem for me because the pages I create usually have a lot of information, which causes some pages to lag. I have to hide some information to prevent the lag.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the help of Notion and Notion AI, I have been able to organize several parts of my life. As a teacher and researcher, I have presentations that I need to revise before class. As a researcher, I sometimes need information from several articles, and Notion helps me unify all this information on pages. This has significantly improved, as I no longer miss appointments and deadlines. As a result, I have more time to focus on other areas of my life, such as my hobbies and interests. In addition, I have created a more comprehensive and detailed plan for my daily activities, which has helped me achieve my goals more efficiently. Overall, the use of Notion and Notion AI has positively impacted my life, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their organization and productivity. As a business owner and a teacher, Notion help me keep all the informations and content in a same place, and make relations between them.
There's no need to open various tools, everthing is in Notion, it's such a time saving tool.
