If it can show all the task's status and dates within one single table, which are great for the team to oversee all the ongoing project.

essential everyday tool for work management!
What do you like best about the product?
I use notion every day at work, it is a core product we use for task management and documentation. I can't imagine a workday without using notion! I've recently started using the AI function to help improve the writing on my memos - sometimes it works well, but most of the time it doesn't and just repeats exactly what I've written with one word changed. I'm impressed for a beta stage feature and it's a nice addition to a solid product I'll be using anyway
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to navigate when first using notion. The sidebar can become very cluttered and you have to remember where everything is placed or how things are named to be able to access the file you are looking for. Thankfully the search bar is very good
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
collaborating with different stakeholders in the business and understanding what tasks each member is working on and the completion status of each task - the team's efficiency has increased significantly!

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is a great tool for getting stuff done. It lets you do things your way, work with others, and connect with other apps. It's perfect for people and teams who want a simple and easy way to manage their tasks and projects. We use this for a start company to track and share our goals and progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
Product pricing could be optimized, for example, Plus plan is meant for small teams which is still charging quite a bit, maybe it can offer some reduced sub fee for multiple users (up to a max allowed).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Notion incorporating AI functionalities, I can sort through mass amount of information in a short amount of time. Also, it can help me re-write texts to different audiences, adjust tone and most importantly, help me organize my thoughts before actually writing anything based on the info I feed it.
Extremely Useful Organizational Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Notion makes it extremely easy to organize and keep track of information and is constantly being updated with new features to help enhance my workflows. It's extremely cost effective compared to other products and runs super well on every device i've used it on.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a fairly high learning curve in terms of learning how to effectively utilize all of Notion's features, and I had to spend some time reworking many of my pages to more effectively use tools after initially creating them because of this
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion allows me to effectively and efficiently keep track of information for classes and projects. Using Notion has allowed me to create more effective notes, and the recent AI writing features have served as a useful companion to help assist with my writing.
Notion AI is a convenient tool to help diversify and brainstorm my writing.
What do you like best about the product?
There is an excellent amount of room in Notion for creativity. I use it for to keep track of bills, to track freelance design order details, and in my free time track progress in whatever game I am playing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only being usable online is definitely a drawback. It could also use more functionality with images and video and being able to edit these in app instead of having to use another program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a freelance Graphic Designer so I use Notion to keep track on my orders and the details of them like the price and due date. I also use it to generate keywords for blogs I edit.

What do you like best about the product?
The AI function is the most useful thing I have encountered using any information organising app. I use notion to study for biology-related subjects, and the AI helps me to provide detailed organisation and relevant studies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion's document has a limitation. Once I reach a certain line, the document lags, and I have to divide my topics into another document, which makes it inconvenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With notion, I no longer have to search for information or search invidual studies for individual steps of biological pathway. It is benefitting me and my learning journey.

it's a great organizational tool that allows me to interweave my ideas into each other to make links between all my information.

at the beginning it's a bit hard to use because it's not very intuitive.

with the new artificial intelligence feature, i save a lot of time in my work. i use it a lot to change the tone of my writings and shorten or lengthen my words according to the instructions given by my teachers.

I enjoy how flexible it can be, it can be tailored to the indivudal, Not overly technical to use, People can customise Notion that suits the person, You can go quite far with a free account.

There is not much that I do not like about notion, I guess setting up your own layout may not be as intuitive as it can be.

What do you like best about the product?
It's intuitive and I love how flexible it is. I use Notion for basically every aspect of my life
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could transfer info and from to excel more easily, or I wish I could use it like excel more. There are certain things, such as financials I just can't use on notion. I wish there was a graph option
