What is our primary use case?
My main use case for Notion is as an internal knowledge base. We store all company policies, engineering tool documentation, and process documentation there. Additionally, we capture weekly notes in Notion.
What is most valuable?
The best features Notion offers are relation database queries. When using relation database queries, you can query results, schedule, or perform calculations when describing feature functionality. I find AI capturing from conference calls to be another valuable feature. Notion has positively impacted our organization by improving internal business outcomes, including saving time to market.
What needs improvement?
I think Notion can be improved by connecting more AI models. Moreover, a clearer membership model would be beneficial.

I have been using Notion for more than five years.

Notion is absolutely stable.

I have never contacted customer support because I had no issues with using the product.

Previously, we used Google Drive by Google, but we realized it was not sufficient for our needs.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Notion very easy to use. It's very intuitive and user-friendly, which I really appreciate. Its clean interface makes organizing ideas, tasks, and workflows feel effortless. Also, the initial setup was very easy for me. These features make a big difference in how I take and organize my meeting notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
So, the meeting notes are very limited for a normal user. I would like to have it as feature without paying for the subscription

I transcribe and take meeting notes in each meeting with Notion, so I don’t need to remember decisions manually.
Perfect Trip Planner, Effortlessly Integrates with Teams
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion to plan my trips and it helps to put everything in my agenda in one place. I like that it's easy to integrate everybody in my trip to Notion to stay according to the plans. It works perfectly for me and is easy to set up and adapt to my work. I also use it alongside Google Maps.

Seamless Integration with Claude Boosts Notion's Utility
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for both personal and work needs, primarily for organizing and handling AI meeting notes. I really like the integration with Claude, which helps update or build templates and even created a mileage tracker in Notion to monitor my gas usage to Las Vegas and calculate my MPG. The Meeting AI transcription and meeting notes/action items are standout features that save me a lot of time. It’s great for keeping my notes for work and personal projects updated, and the initial setup was easy too, especially when I discovered the integration with Claude.

I wish there were more templates, so I'm not spending too much time trying to create them myself. Plus, sometimes my pages get buried.

Document creation and sharing are straightforward. I can create repositories easily, and the AI can work with different documents. I also like the integrations with different apps, which makes it simpler to connect everything in one place.

I enjoy using Notion for a variety of tasks, especially for keeping my notes organized and displaying data in tables. What I like most is the simplicity and polished look of the platform, along with the vast options for integration with other platforms. Notion's cross-platform capabilities are very well done; it doesn't feel clunky or forced like other apps. I use Notion on desktop, mobile, and even my tablet, and it syncs very well across different platforms and operating systems, maintaining a great look and feel everywhere. The initial setup was super easy with Google authentication.

Tables could be more flexible, more like in Excel kind of style. They could have more options for formulas and custom calculations. More formulas support and more options for visuals like Excel or PowerBI would be great. Basically, there should be a simpler version for simple tasks and a more advanced version for power users.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Notion's simple and minimalistic design, which makes it easier to use compared to other notetaking apps I've tried. The AI features are another highlight for me, especially the templates, as they save me from losing hours designing a simple document. These templates are easy to find, easy to use, and delight to see, so much so that everyone wants to use them. Sharing published pages is a breeze, thanks to how straightforward and attractive the URLs are. Setting up Notion was extremely easy, and I highly recommend it.
