What do you like best about the product?
The interface is clean and easy to use, and the drag-and-drop functionality makes it simple to rearrange and organize information however you like. Also, Notion's collaborative features make it easy to work with others, whether you're sharing a page or working together in real-time on a project. It's very useful to see the edition history as well to keep track of changes. As a company's Wikipedia, it's very well done.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes rearranging the blocks is not very convenient, and it's easy to mistakenly create pages that clutter the whole page hierarchy. The databases could use some better integration especially regarding merging them together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves the problem of allowing the company to set up comprehensive pages for SOP/practices & hierarchising all info in one spot. My business performance also improves since toggles, bullet points & notion AI makes it way easier to share easy to understand projects.
Intuitive and smart assistant
What do you like best about the product?
Notion AI, gave me the possibility to take notes in class in a structured way, it can structure the paragraphs for me, extract important info and create a table of contents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love there to be a page where the answer doesnt depend on the previous prompts, or title or headings, text.
A page i couls use as a encyclopedia. When i try to use a page like this now, if the questions arent similar it says that there is no info in the document about this.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me stay organized, and have a single app for Notes. Its very intuitive, and that allows me to start working with no friction, it easy to stay organized with this app and i like it.

The new AI Writing Assistant is the main reason I decide to subscribe. it helps a lot and improves my productivity in content creation work.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's quite powerful and have some learning curve, takes me awhile to fully explore all the functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion AI is certainly a game-changer for me, as i need to write content regularly. Its ability to generate high-quality text based on user prompts saves time and effort while improving the overall quality of the writing, making it an indispensable tool for anyone looking to work more efficiently. I highly recommend giving Notion AI a try.
Great for organizing basically any information, and their AI feature couldn't have been better
What do you like best about the product?
Love being able to categorize pages within pages and have tables organizing all my information based on different types of attributes. Helps maintain consistency in my calendar and stay better organized. Love that I can upload my own icons and page images as well. Being able to really personalize my pages makes it so much more enjoyable
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve if you haven't used spreadsheets or databases but I found it really intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It would be nice if the Mac desktop app was more optimized for performance

As of now, I haven't encountered much to dislike about the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion powers complicated and customized systems that allow me to track daily activities, set short and long-term goals and other project management tasks. Notion AI enables me to sharpen many of my more conceptual writings incredibly fast.

After setting up the databases using notion becomes realy easy and helps you focus on what you need to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a learning curve to be able to get the most out of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me stay focused on tasks, I have a tendensy to get distracted by the notetaking apps that I use with all their features but with the setup of databases in Notion there is not much to tweak and that helps me from procrastinating by "maximizing productivity".
The AI feature helps me to write out bullet points, expand on ideas and extract useful information so that I can save time and still keep my notes looking professional.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the way how Notion helps in creating relations between notes. This gives me a feeling of having control over my notes. It is like a little empire ;-)
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I would like to see in Notion AI is creating images from prompts. Sometimes it is useful to haves something depicted (like simple theoretical chart without any data)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I'm not native speaker, correcting typos and improving style of writing by Notion AI is of high benefit for me.
Super great with a couple of nit picks
What do you like best about the product?
How well everything works together. I use Notion for most of my personal notes and my D&D notes. I use databases for NPCs, Factions, Locations, etc. I love how everything links up and can be filtered. It allows me to stay super organized without having to leave Notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how there isn't really an offline mode. I'd love to download whole sections at once so I can update things even if I don't have access to the internet. I was out of power and cell service for just over a week last year and I couldn't really do much as far as writing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to keep all my notes for jobs, personal projects, and D&D (and other TTRPGs) in one place makes it super easy to reference and look up things on the fly. It saves me a lot of time trying to find things in something like Google Drive or local file systems.

work with tables could use some improvements. laso better use of space

everything at one place is a really good thing to have. I also like sepreta pages for different projects. I enjoy the whole file system with folders and stuff. AI is working great for me but it cannot process long excel tables which is a bummer.

It's really easy to organise my work. I'm self-employed and I can easily keep track of every moving pieces, make sure that everything that's relatable it's easy to find

It takes some time and patiences to set it all up. If you want a space that works great, you have to spend a lot of time and eventually some extra money to pay for some templates

Keeping track of everything I have to do and very easily access all the content I need for work.
