A Lifesaver for Note-Taking and Organization
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion to record notes during conversations as a sales account executive which helps me stay organized. I find it super helpful that I don't have to take notes while on calls, allowing me to focus on listening. The way Notion organizes my notes is extremely helpful for keeping records. I love the feature for sharing notes with others, making it seamless to stay organized. Leveraging the AI to search within notes to find exactly the information I am looking for is helpful and saves me a ton of time so I don't have to relisten to calls. The initial setup was very easy, and the automatic pop-ups for recording during calls are extremely helpful. I rate Notion a 10 because it's the best tool I've used thus far.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think having a way to customize it to do exactly what I need, especially in terms of gathering information during a call, would be helpful. It would be helpful if the system could listen for certain questions I ask that pertain to my information gathering or what I'm currently selling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Intuitive and Versatile, Perfect for Knowledge Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like the intuitiveness and flexibility that Notion provides. It's not just a one-tool platform but has many possible uses, which I plan to make good use of. It was easy to set up and understand, offering a lot of connections and an API for creating connections when they're missing. Notion can be used as a knowledge base storage system, backlog storage/organizer, roadmap, and more. I would definitely recommend Notion to friends or colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some more standard integrations, specifically into the Microsoft tools would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to manage a backlog with incomplete stories, making step-by-step changes easily. It's intuitive, flexible, and serves as a knowledge base, backlog organizer, roadmap, and more.
Effortless Team Coordination with Intuitive UI
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for team planning, strategy, and creating general information spaces. I find it super clear and easy to organize my jumbled thoughts. I like how the layout and interface have become the standard for lots of tools and how clear and easy it is to digest and process information. It's a clear way to share important company information with other team members and doubles up as a knowledge base to save me time. The AI tool is great to get started and really intuitive to use. The initial setup was so easy, I couldn't fault it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly not much. Would love some more free templates.

Flexible, Accessible Workspaces That Boost Efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
The complete freedom and accessibility to build a workspace and database that simplifies and encourages efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
For people new to this type of software, it can start out very overwhelming and difficult to get started.

With using AI, I am able to stay more attentive in meetings trusting that the whole meeting will be transcripted and summarized.
Essential for Team Collaboration and Meeting Efficiency, AI writing assistant, Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for tracking meetings, to-dos, and any sort of tasks for my work with my co-founders, and we use it multiple times a day. It gives us a synced and live database of everything we're working on, and it's very intuitive and intelligent in taking unstructured data and putting it into a usable format. The meeting notes feature is super useful, allowing us to have a consolidated source of truth for anything we're working on as a team. Even when I or my teammates can't make a meeting, we can follow along live with the transcript feature or check out the summary and actions afterwards for a comprehensive view. It was relatively easy to set up and onboard because we were starting from scratch.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think maybe better integration with Claude and the external LLMs I'm using would be helpful. I'm using Claude pretty much as my first and last stop of the day, and having it more integrated with Notion would be beneficial. Also, although we make use of a lot of the integrations that are available, there could be more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for tracking meetings and to-dos with my cofounders, and it keeps everything synced and organized. It's intuitive with unstructured data and its meeting notes feature keeps us aligned, even if someone misses a meeting.
Notion is a great project management and documentation tool
What do you like best about the product?
Notion replaced several tools for me in one go. I use it for docs and notes, project management, and databases, and everything lives in one place instead of being scattered across different apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup takes some time. Because Notion is so flexible, you have to make a lot of decisions upfront about how to structure things, which can feel overwhelming at first. It's not a dislike exactly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great project management and documentation tool.
Sleek UI and Easy Formatting, But Needs Better Search
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to format easily and the sleek UI in Notion. It's just very easy to make anything look polished. Setting up Notion for my team was super easy with no issues. Notion helps with clean formatting and offers a clear way to find information.
What do you dislike about the product?
better search functionality across documents
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves clean formatting and provides a clear way to find information for internal team docs, meeting agendas, and talking points.
Organize teamwork with ease and simplify the workflow
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease with which I can organize my work; the workflow becomes simpler, especially when there are teams of collaborators that need to align to perform the same task. In my team, we use it every day. Although the team was not familiar with it, it was very easy for everyone to adapt and integrate into this work methodology.
What do you dislike about the product?
The truth is that in general it is very useful. In my particular case, the only problem is that some chart options that are part of the paid plan could be free.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the problem of tasks scattered across different platforms: email, notes, WhatsApp, calendar... etc. Notion came to solve the major inconvenience of having the team's tasks scattered.
Effortlessly Organizes and Enhances Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for planning and documentation. I appreciate that it doesn't require non-tech teams to install anything, making it user-friendly for everyone. I like the collapsible elements that allow me to hide and reveal sections during presentations or let others customize their view when reviewing. This feature, along with the overall layout, makes it easier than using Google Docs or Word Doc. I find it easy to create formatted pages and link them together. The Markdown support is great, as it's faster than using keyboard shortcuts for headings, and the editor has fewer formatting issues compared to HTML editors. Setting up Notion was easy for my team, and with over 200 people in the company, it's been a valuable tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to use [[]] reference to headings not just the page. Also the ability to change the text displayed. For example we use [[]] to reference an entry in a database but it only shows the name. It would be nice if we can show any of the fields in the row. Copying and pasting from CSV into Notion table doesn't always work well. Copying and pasting rows in databases to another database often results in some rows becoming out of order which is painful because doing over 100 columns one has to reorder manually or I found pasting them 2 at a time will work but is time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for planning, documenting ideas, and presenting data without requiring team installations. Its collapsible elements and layout are more effective than Google Docs for presentations.
Versatile tool for managing projects, documents, and team collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
The versatility of the tool, which allows managing projects, documents, activities, notes, team collaboration, and sharing with externals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning curve for advanced use. At first, it's simple, but to use more advanced features, I don't find it to be so intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I make notes on team management and project sharing with external areas.
