All-in-One Productivity Tool That Boosts Daily Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Notion is how it keeps everything organised in one place. The drag-and-drop blocks and flexible databases make it easy to manage notes, tasks, and projects. The interface is clean and intuitive, which makes it simple to use every day and improves my workflow by reducing the need for multiple tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of Notion is that it can become slow when pages contain large databases or a lot of content. This sometimes affects productivity when navigating between pages. Integrations with other tools are also somewhat limited, and stronger native integrations with email, calendars, and task platforms would improve the overall workflow experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Notion, my notes and tasks were scattered across multiple apps, making it hard to stay organised. Now, everything is in one place, and I can track projects, tasks, and ideas efficiently, saving time and improving productivity every day.
Great Resource for Company Policies, Needs Better Query Handling
What do you like best about the product?
I find Notion helpful because most of the time I can get an answer or more information when I am looking for solutions, like asking where to submit vendors' invoices. I also appreciate that it can refer me to my company policy, which is very useful. It provides some explanation and shows me the company SOP, which adds to its value for my work tasks. Aside from some issues, I'm happy with Notion so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to ask the right questions or think about how to ask a better question. This morning I was searching for tax credit student rule, it kept running but did not come out with any feedback or information. Maybe the system did not update. Sometimes it shows me company policy or SOP but the attachments are blank. I would say it will be really helpful if I can find annual recertification forms in Notion, instead of looking over many different places.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can get answers or more information quickly, like where to submit invoices. It refers me to company policy and provides explanations and SOPs.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Notion pulls from multiple sources, including Slack, because it helps me solve tickets. The initial setup of Notion was very easy.

I use Notion to resolve billing issues by checking SOPs and internal resources, and it helps me solve tickets by pulling data from multiple sources, like Slack.
Lightning-Fast Search, Effortless Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion to search for items or terms and rules in the company. I appreciate finding the info I need right away, thanks to the fast response time, which saves me a lot of time that I would otherwise spend looking. So far, I really enjoy learning to use it. The initial setup was very easy as well.

Wish there was a chat feature for teams like Slack so that we could eliminate the need for that software

Staying more organized, team tracking on projects, nothing gets lost or overlooked anymore. Calendars and mail features are fantastic.
An Intuitive, Integrated Hub for Tasks and Projects
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it's a really integrated approach to task and project management. The different areas speak to each other really intelligently, and I love that I can invite guests to interact with different pages. It was really easy to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love it if I could integrate my pre-existing Asana tasks without having an enterprise account on Asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me keep all of my knowledge about a specific client in one place and the AI assistant is really useful to help me take notes and draw ideas from the pre-existing bulk of information.
Versatile and User-Friendly, Perfect for Small Teams
What do you like best about the product?
I like how clean everything is in Notion and how simplistic it is to use. It's not confusing, and everything's kind of fluid and fluent within the software. I also feel that having access to quite literally every feature, whether on the free plan or paying monthly, is super valuable. It allows even beginners to get started on Notion. The ease of using the platform is 10 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there are small things that could be improved with Notion. Having the ability to integrate directly with tools like Claude would be helpful. Sometimes when you prompt Claude, it gives the wrong output within Notion. I'm not 100% sure if that's a Claude thing, but connecting with API keys and other connections could be a bit smoother.

Notion helps me track all kinds of data, like interactions on LinkedIn, to grow my business. Its AI assists in quickly structuring databases and CRM, making data management timely and effective.

What do you like best about the product?
It was quick to get up and running. There are useful easy to find YouTube videos to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were prompts after the basics are learned to recommend “next-level” skills, so it’s easier to use the tool more effectively and organize data better.

Everyone has access to the same thing, which makes it easy to stay on the same page.
Straightforward, User-Friendly Experience

it is very straightforward and very user friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is complex to have duplicate a page and I do not like the export function since does not give what i really want to see when I exported

It is very useful to see everything under one is place plus easy to navigate or edit a layers to create our own company templates, notion ai was incredibly helpful to create pages as well
