What do you like best about the product?
Notion makes building knowledge bases very easy. Its engine is very powerful -- you can do pretty much whatever you want, from work databases to blogging.
I also really like the integrations. You can connect your calendar, drive, etc.
Finally, Notion's AI features are very handy and not gimmicky at all. The one feature I like the most is AI-generated databases. It saves so much time.

What do you dislike about the product?
It can get slow and laggy once pages get big or you add lots of databases.
Offline mode is still pretty limited, which is frustrating when you’re not connected. Also, simple things sometimes take too many clicks compared to more focused tools.

It keeps my notes, tasks, and docs all in one place instead of scattered across apps. I can structure things exactly how I want, which makes it easier to stay organized.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the AI transcript notes which help in managing action items and staying organized, making client conversations more focused. Notion is a fantastic time saver, especially compared to tools like Google Sheets and Excel for keeping our team organized. I think team spaces where you can organize SOPs and documentation are great, and the ability to have different views based on each team member is extremely helpful. I really, really like the integrations and API connections; they allow us to get creative, especially with email triage and setting up different apps. Overall, these features make things a whole lot better for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve in the UI is a little janky sometimes. I think that could be improved, but admittedly, for developers who really have fun with it, it's the perfect thing. So overall for general usability, having more simplistic UI or better organization options might be valuable for the everyday user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to consolidate client management, saving time by staying organized with notes, action items, and timelines. It helps me focus on clients during calls with AI transcript notes, and lets my team stay organized across changes. It's better than Google Sheets for me.

I like Notion because of its ease of use, which makes it really convenient for document management. The navigation and access management are straightforward, which helps in managing documents and preparing notes. Its readability and eligibility stand out as well, making it easier to handle my tasks. Plus, the initial setup was very easy.

I can keep everything in one platform, and it easily integrates with the other things I use. I use google suite for a lot of things and notion has integrated into it easily.

It is very overwhelming at first. It took me a little while to start my notion account because whenever I looked into it, it felt daunting. Once i'm in it, it is easy to use.

It's helping me stay organized. I'm a solopreuner and keeping all my tasks organized, all my client information and brainstorming in one place has been huge. Plus the ability to connect different pages on notion helps me find things really easily.

Flexible, Powerful, But Pricey AI Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion to help plan my day-to-day work, especially for administrative tasks. It helps me keep everything organized in one place, which is crucial as I work across six different jobs. Notion is great for combining complex tasks, calendars, and notes into one easily managed and easy-to-use system. I particularly love how it allows me to switch contexts seamlessly between different roles and keep all my information in one place. The ability to tailor the platform to my specific needs is fantastic, as I can modify how things are captured, viewed, or sorted, and even link different databases together. The AI component is also really cool, allowing me to ask questions and retrieve information quickly without having to dig through everything myself.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only other thing is the cost; it's not cheap to get the plan of AI that I think is useful. The free tool of AI is relatively restricted, so that's not so good. There's also a steep learning curve, but I managed to work out a way to customize the software to meet the way I work.

Notion helps me manage complex tasks across six jobs by combining my calendar and notes into one place. It keeps everything organized and easy to access. Notion AI allows me to pull out information quickly, switch contexts easily, and customize databases for better data management.
