Notion’s Flexible, Powerful Databases Make Work and Life Organization Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using Notion to manage my work and life organization. First, it can link with my calendar, so I don’t have to bother with inserting everything manually. Another advantage is its flexibility. I can design my own customized pages using a block-based system. And the database function is very powerful with multiple views options. And the multi-device sync performances smoothily, which allows me to access my data wherever I am.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, it could be a little hard to use, because its rich features can be overwhelming. And when the databases are really large, they can't be shown fully and the performance may slow down. Also, AI tools are a little bit expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me cowork with my team better.

A Versatile, Essential Tool for Organization
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can personalize Notion and use multiple integrations, which lets me keep everything in just one place. Notion is like a blank canvas where I can personalize all the features and add pictures, videos, documents, and interactive apps. I can use multiple resources to organize everything like a call out, buttons, databases, and trackers. It really helps my mind flow easily between tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not that it's not working well. it's more related to my absence of knowledge with workflows and automations. I would love if they could suggest the usage of templates, or even include the Notion Academy in their resources, since multiple users start their knowledge there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion keeps everything in one place, organizes my projects, and helps my mind flow easily between tasks. I love personalizing it and using multiple integrations like pictures, videos, and trackers.
Streamlines Workflows with Seamless Claude Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can connect Notion to Claude, allowing me to do things faster and more seamlessly. This integration helps me accomplish tasks that would take a lot of time to do manually, making it a very efficient tool in my workflows. Additionally, the initial setup of Notion was very straightforward, which I appreciated.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think you need to know about the architecture and setup that works best on Notion before you start building. Making sure you know that first is an important step before you start building, especially with the cloud connectivity which can obviously do things quite quick.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's really good at knowledge management and project management, helping me with both.
Hobonichi Calendar for all - work, travel, content, to-dos
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Notion keeps hold of everything— UX case studies, mood boards, Japan trip plans, and daily to-dos without 10 apps open. just purely dedicative to work and no distractions
What do you dislike about the product?
Offline mode little because edits vanish if WiFi drops mid-Figma link.
also, mobile feels cramped for wireframes sometimes

Scattered files—prototypes, case study, itineraries, skincare routines all lived in different apps earlier. not now, :)

Notion’s Flexible All-in-One Hub That Streamlines Work and Personal Productivity
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Notion is how flexible and all-in-one it is. I use it daily for both work and personal productivity, and it has completely replaced multiple tools I used before (notes apps, task managers, docs, and even simple databases).
The drag-and-drop interface is incredibly intuitive, which makes organizing information fast and actually enjoyable. I can quickly build pages, dashboards, and workflows without needing any technical skills. For work, I use it to manage projects, track tasks, and collaborate with others in a clean, structured way. For personal use, I rely on it for journaling, habit tracking, and organizing ideas.
One of the most helpful features is the database system—it allows me to create custom views (tables, boards, calendars) that adapt perfectly to what I need. This has significantly improved my workflow because everything is centralized and easy to access, saving me hours every week.
An unexpected benefit is how customizable and aesthetic it can be. Designing pages that are both functional and visually pleasing actually motivates me to stay consistent and organized.
Overall, Notion makes it easy to stay on top of everything in one place, and I would 10/10 recommend it to anyone looking to streamline both their work and personal life.

What do you dislike about the product?
While I’ve had a very positive experience overall, there are a few downsides to Notion. The biggest one is performance—when pages get very large or database-heavy, things can slow down a bit, especially on mobile. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it can interrupt the otherwise smooth experience.
Another limitation is that the offline functionality is still not ideal. Since Notion relies heavily on being online, it can be frustrating when you need access to your content without a stable internet connection.
There’s also a bit of a learning curve at the beginning. Because it’s so flexible, it can feel overwhelming to set up your system the “right” way, especially if you’re new. However, once you get past that initial phase, it becomes much easier and more intuitive.
That said, these are relatively minor compared to the overall value Notion provides, and they haven’t stopped me from using it every day.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves the problem of having information and tasks scattered across multiple tools. Before using it, I had notes in one app, to-do lists in another, and project tracking somewhere else, which made it hard to stay organized and efficient.
With Notion, everything is centralized in one place. I can manage projects, track tasks, store notes, and organize personal goals within a single workspace. This has significantly reduced the time I spend switching between apps and searching for information.
For work, it helps me keep projects structured and transparent, making collaboration and progress tracking much easier. For personal use, it gives me a clear system to manage habits, plans, and ideas, which helps me stay consistent and focused.
The biggest benefit for me is clarity and control—I always know where things are, what needs to be done, and how everything is progressing. It has made my workflow much more efficient and less stressful overall.
