The Swiss Army Knife for Nearly All of Life
What do you like best about the product?
At first the sparseness of the application can scare you, but it is this "build it how you want" capability that allows users to create and implement any number of uses for the application both professionally and on a personal level. Add to this the fact that the software can be nearly everywhere; phone, table, computer, or cloud and combine this near universality with its API integrational capabilities and you have the makings of a workhorse that most will find they use nearly every day if not every hour and minute to accomplish so very much. There's a lot more that could be said, from the potential use of Notion AI to the stellar community of support on multiple platforms. All-in-all a very powerful and versatile tool to say the least.
What do you dislike about the product?
About the only knock that I could give the company and not necsarily the application is a lack of a hard and fast roadmap. I get it, the process can be daunting and the flexibility of not having a published roadmap has its pros, but with a software so young and still ever evolving, knowing what might come next would be nice for the user base, enabling them to plan ahead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having everything tied together in a single, sourcable environment is the biggest benefit in mind. Managing projects linked with notes that are often curated by AI all compiling into a knowledge base is pretty stellar both in the present and, as recall is needed, in the future.

I hope they have something like excel template with cells columns formulas

In terms of adding some sentences or simplify the paragraphs. It helps reduce my time doing it

What do you like best about the product?
Above all, Notion has an incredibly user-friendly interface which makes its advantageous to use for everyday work. I find the platform so intuitive and I'm surprised more people at work aren't using it. The AI element is also far more advanced than I thought it would be, and a strong competitor for OpenAI's GPT.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is some poor marketing surrounding Notion, unfortunately. I find that a lot of people are still confused about the use-case of Notion. Is it a data repository, a PM tool, a writing platform, a task manager, etc? This makes it difficult to achieve buy-in from other members, which ultimately undermines the "teamwork" aspect of Notion, not many team members use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion AI is incredibly helpful, it can distill key messages from meeting notes, thus saving time. It also allows for clear and organized task management, which is a big help for me in my day-to-day role. Note-taking is also extremely easy to do, I've completely swapped over from Microsoft Word to Notion, given how easy the user interface is. The only issue is the cap on the AI use.

At first, learning Notion may seem challenging, like attempting a difficult physical feat. However, with persistence, the benefits become apparent.

For me, Notion has proven invaluable in maintaining order. It offers centralized management capabilities, consolidating functions like personal assistance, project oversight, and goal guidance into one customizable platform. With Notion, I can create structured data repositories, knowledge bases, and task lists that render my previous organizational methods obsolete.

It is clean and modular User interface , although there i not any big or disturbing bug i ever found. i use this in my day to day lifestyle to manage my productivity .

i frequently use notion and there is no bug i found until i use notion to write my nsubject notes. i really said its not good at all if you are finding a study companion.

i love to work in my comfortable environment and the notion is one of those space it is clean with great feature on of my favourite is the AI auto writing it help me alot when i am doing my journals.

What do you like best about the product?
The advantage of notion is that you can arrange all your work or tasks in a single place neatly in any format you like.
What do you dislike about the product?
for beginners its hard to use for the first time, you have to first learn to unlock its maximum potential

Notion is bringing all my todo list, notes, and bucketlist in one place inside an app with an aesthetic interface which looks pleasing to the eyes and is minimilistic.

What do you like best about the product?
The linking of various pages and the security features included whcih prevent dcreating duplicated. The being able to customize and make our own templates and sharing them online with just a simple link.

There is a little hectic learning curve to begin with but the feautres you use daily get intutive over time

It is great solution to jot down notes, be it in your laptop or your phones and then structurte them afterwards to review them.

It is very good tool for for quick notes and helps a lot in managing tasks. It helps in task tracking as well as maintaining to do list

Notion can have design integration to create ideas to prototype and then distribute tast to teams from a centre point of discussion.

It is helping to track tasks with their priorities and time lines. Apart from that it help in brainstorming processes as well.
