Easy to use, great integrations
What do you like best about the product?
A lot can be done with small datasets - filtering, sorting, creating timelines, and various ways of presentation. Especially useful for managing experiments / records across the business.
Easy cross-referencing to other pages, smart link titles, integrates well with 3rd party software where supported.

What do you dislike about the product?
Simple tables can't be readily formatted. Limited summary statistics for databases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating a shared knowledge base - information store that multiple team members can collaborate effectively.
Everything is great except lack of offline mode

customization is perfect. I also like the AI integration

There is no real offline mode. This really is the only issue

Notion AI making adding and curating information easier and unlocking fresh insights.
What do you like best about the product?
It's one integrated application which can capture your information, tasks, bookmarks, articles and other items and arrange and combine them into actionable insights, projects and knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take a while to learn the structure and functionality of the application and care needs to be taken when setting up your system. Until the release of buttons, automations and the recent AI capabilties, curating and managing your information was time-consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion brings related but disparate information together. So rather than switching between applications and copying information between them, everything is at hand, connected and visible.

It is not 100% accurate with the commands that I input.

Saves time and allows me to be more efficient when writing notes.

Colour coding makes my categories pop and easier to distinguish between the different types of work.

Notion AI writing assistant
What do you like best about the product?
It is a good collaboration tool for tech teams looking to create documents, I work on the product team for my organization and notion does have some really good template structures for product teams. The AI writing assistant is a tool I use very frequently, it saves me time in reviewing grammar and spelling in my documents and also has good text enhancement functionalities.
What do you dislike about the product?
copying templates across are not very easy as I usually have to duplicate documents just to use the templates
