All in One Productivity Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is super flexible and versatile. You can create and organize content in many formats, from simple text notes to complex databases. The drag and drop interface is easy to use, no technical skills required. I love being able to have different types of content on one page, tables, Kanban boards and calendars. All in one, no need for multiple apps, my workflow is so much easier. The collaboration features are also great, easy to work with others and share information.

What do you dislike about the product?
One of the downsides of Notion is the learning curve. While the customization options are powerful, they can be overwhelming for new users. It takes time to figure out how to use all the features. Notion can be slow sometimes, especially when dealing with big databases or complex pages. Offline functionality is limited, which can be a pain if you need to access your notes or tasks without internet. Customer support is generally helpful but can be slow during peak hours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me organize my projects and track how much time each task will take. It assists me in prioritizing my tasks to meet deadlines. I can also see the current status of everything in development.
Product Bliss with some hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I like the board views, and ability to just move around blocks, and ability to link stuff very quickly. The fact that it also has the multiple tabs view it's amazing
What do you dislike about the product?
the cut, copy, paste, and delete basic functions which I expect to be the least of the troubles in 2024. I would really like to not have to do this action multiple times and not know whats happening.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This can be answered as - it benefits do a range of things right from documenting, to do list, personal kanban boards, organizing and making life better in general and organized.
It starts from just a very easy flow of - Document - publish - share - and collaborate - and then comes the AI which also enhances the entire documenting experience. Also templates and kanban boards - favorite feature

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is a fantastic tool to organize personal data, tasks, projects and much more.
There are lots of great products around for this, but Notion has features and UX that make it stand above others.
Its community and integration with other tools are also a great advantage.

Althought it is easy to get started, it has so many features and possibilities that sometimes it gets complex to understand and know them all.

Visual Workspace Powerhouse with Some Integration Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I think the thing I like most about Notion is probably the simplicity of the user interface. It's very clean and very useful. The whole thing where it's built on these databases is useful as well, and being able to filter the views and create dashboards and hubs for places to go is great. It's very clean and very lean.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes setting up and linking databases can be a little complicated. The AI package is quite expensive, so I end up doing things manually. There are some frustrations with the price blocking certain features now, making it a bit frustrating since we have to pay for licenses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me organize and track work, providing a visual overview of my team's workload and progress. It aids in resource management and facilitates information and knowledge sharing by allowing documentation and research to be easily stored and reviewed.
Notion reduces my cognitive load
What do you like best about the product?
The command centre, like page with all my pages linked is the best thing. I like how it takes away the cognitive load of finding, search and organising. I have a million things in my head and everything (atleast most) is there on one page.
I also love the different note types, tables, pages, toggle list, to do list. Its quite exhaustive

What do you dislike about the product?
Command centre is great but took me a while to discover. you actually have to spend time to use notion effeciently. Its not easy to discover the power of notion. I wish they thought of thinking a bit on discoverability of all the power of notion.
Also, some formatting is hard. Like going to next line within a cell of a table is not possible or atleast i havent discovered it.

organising my work and personal stuff.
I mentioned this before the command centre and different formats - pages, tables, toggles, all the power in one tool is unfound anywhere else so i love that.

So much scope and so many integrations
What do you like best about the product?
I really love the breadth of integrations available with Notion - it's so easy to seamlessly incorporate resources and workstreams. There is seemingly endless scope for what you can do with the product, I've moved a lot of what used to be in Google docs or Sheets over to Notion. I also love that even in a business capacity, you have the option for your private pages and work spaces - and I'm also a huge fan of dark mode.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first I found it slightly difficult to get off the ground, it's intuitive once you know what you're doing, but some table views and project management features took a bit of getting used to, especially when not coming from a project management background. I'm sure tutorials / CSM Office Hours would have helped.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A centralised hub, collaboration, productivity, and organisation
Notion's Document Locking Limits: A Frustration for Long-Time Users
What do you like best about the product?
One of the standout new features in Notion recently is the AI autofill and Q&A feature. It allows you to pull insights or summaries from your workspace without having to manually dig through every document.
What do you dislike about the product?
lack of edit access to older documents due to workspace limits remains a significant pain point—especially for users who’ve been loyal for years and now find key content locked behind paywalls or limits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralized hub for all project-related documents.
One of the best tools to integrate all your workspaces in one place
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is innovative in a sense that it provides seamless integrations with all tools and yet allows you to keep all your workspaces intact in one space. Documentation can be overwhelming, but Notion makes the visualisation process easier. With so many other tools to collaborate with, it is definitely one of the one stop place for every company.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tables in notion need some love. We need more customisable tables with options to use formulas within a table without the need to use databases instead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing a wider transparency across a company and combining project management and knowledge base at one place makes cross referencing seamless.
