What do you like best about the product?
I love the option to type out what I need from Notion, and Notion provides the best information based on what's in the data base. It's very intuitive and easy to use and it allows for me to use the AI feature every time I use Notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the content within the Notion data base is lacking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is solving the uncertainty of information and where I can find that information.

I do all my process documentation and project planning with Notion - it's highly customizable with a clean UI and includes a wide array of templates to choose from

With the many features some may find it overwhelming at first

It's more than docs - It's a presentable documentation with many customizable features like pages/PM boards/flows etc. It's an all in one workspace

I like the flexibility in setup of docs, databases and specifically the integrations and extensibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’d like it to connect to the other Notion products like Mail and Calendar in a more native way.

There are so many different ways to capture and store information all within the same tool

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility allowed by the flexible user interface, the robust template s and very active and enthusiastic community, and the constant addition of new features - all of these things make me excited and make notion my Swiss army knife for general tools and collaboration
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is not intuitive or easy to solve for certain use cases (like how to use sub page titles of a certain page as values in a multi select)

To be able to organize and collaborate with my product team and other companies stakeholders on a variety of tasks and activities. To be able to rapidly configure "tools" either from scratch or from a template So we don't waste cycles looking for a solution.

Enterprise Search
What do you like best about the product?
I like the enterprise search functionality. I love the databases but it took me a second to figure it out. We use it daily. I like all of the different integrations it has and how it can hook up with Zapier easily to do other workflows with tools we have.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be so general purpose sometimes it can be hard to know exactly what to use it for. We also use it for our ticketing system, and for that use case I wish it was more structured like a Linear tool and easy to have different ticket types and group tickets more easily under 1 parent. This can be done, it just doesn't feel purpose built for this

Ticketing system with our dev teams. Knowledge management. Docs. We basically use it for anything and everything.

Can be slow when WiFi is slowish which impact task completion. Overall fairly user friendly

Ease of use, the different variability of using the software for one task, the way it is broken down into categories, Easy to navigate, and the amount of features. Super customizable!

Lots to learn. It takes some time to understand. Need to set time aside to truly learn everything

Highly Customizable, Solid Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion for its ability to customize page formatting, like changing font size and type, and for the shortcuts that make navigating faster. The way it allows linking databases across multiple pages is really helpful, especially for my company as it helps us see how our customers are doing at a glance. This linking also allows for easier updates across linked pages to each customer. The overall flexibility of the platform is a big plus for me as well. I also like Notion's enterprise search capabilities, which makes it a solid project management tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could filter out notifications a little bit easier outside of just seeing a number with a lot of notifications. It'd be nice to have prompts on how to better leverage Notion AI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion acts as my team's database for meetings and customer information, and as a project management tool. I like customizing page formatting and using shortcuts to access needed items faster. We use linked databases a lot, making customer views and updates efficient.

Hard to get to know all the capabilities. Hard to use code for some rules and page creation.
