Notion and notion AI are the perfect shortcut to accessing all of my brain dumps

What do you like best about the product?
I love Notion's versatility as an all-in-one platform. I run fitness businesses, and I can keep all my fitness content, business plans, and personal goals organized in a single system. The seamless integration of project management tools, content calendars, and collaboration features helps me juggle multiple responsibilities efficiently. The customization options are invaluable—I can tailor my workspace specifically for fitness business needs without forcing my workflow into a predetermined structure. As my business evolves, Notion adapts with me, allowing me to modify systems on the fly. The ability to connect and link things everywhere between documents is very handy. I also love having access to it from my computer AND a very pleasant reading and editing experience on my mobile device. Perhaps most impressively, Notion AI amplifies my productivity by understanding the context of my work, helping me recall information or create content without having to explain my entire business model in every prompt. This integrated approach has revolutionized how I manage both my fitness business and personal responsibilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not everyone has a notion account like they do a google account. It's not quite as ubiquitous as google resources. I wish that sharing and collaborating on Notion documents with people that don't use Notion was a more seamless process.

Sometimes the flexiblity is a downside. IF you're not organized, then your space might end up unorganized. But that's not a tool problem per se as a personal problem haha.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's my second brain. I dump everything into it, and it makes everything i put into it more valuable and accessible. I put ideas, tasks, notes, documentation for business, projects, life, logs and just about everything.

Notion AI: Streamlining My Workflow, One Smart Page at a Time!

  • August 12, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Notion has transformed how I manage everything from daily tasks to complex projects by bringing all my notes, docs, databases, and calendars into a single customizable space.

Additionally, Notion AI is amazing! I no longer have to jump between apps to brainstorm or summarize meeting notes, polish my writing, or change the tone of the things I'm writing, since the AI does it for you and everything is in one place. I can generate content in my preferred style and quickly extract key points from large documents. The fact that it works inside my existing Notion pages keeps everything in one place and saves a ton of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the AI-generated text can sound a bit generic or overly formal; however, you can ask the AI to change the tone to match your tone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using the Notion AI tool, I spent too much time switching between brainstorming tools, writing apps, grammar correction apps, and my notes just to get a single idea fully formed. My workflow was scattered, and I often lost momentum while moving between tools.

Now, Notion AI acts as an always available collaborator inside the same workspace I use to plan projects, store information, and create training materials for my job. It helps me turn rough notes into clear, structured content without breaking my focus. That constant, in-context assistance means I get from idea to finished draft faster with less mental clutter and more creative energy left for the work that matters.

Notion allows me enjoy my job

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is intuitive, fast, expandable and can be linked to so many other management platforms and creative software. Its AI search is great too!
What do you dislike about the product?
Theres a learning curve to getting everything set up. It takes a while to set everything up to be optimal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it as a ticket system, as well as a dev workflow and change log. In addition we also use it to store documentation and as a hub larger projects involving multiple stakeholders. We would be stuck without it. The AI search really fills in the gap when searching for project actions that may have gone beyond the initial scopes. So as long as theres reference to an action, somewhere, an admin can track it down.

One of the best discoveries I have made this year

  • August 12, 2025

What do you like best about the product?
I love how flexible it is, I can customize everything, as if I were creating a web page. I keep creating pages and elements to interact on it. It can be integrated with Google Calendar. There are very good free templates and the app is excellent. It is very easy to use, it doesn't require much time to adapt.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really have been using it for a short time. I discovered it recently and so far I have no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I discovered it recently and realized that I really needed it to organize my activities, both work-related and study-related, because I am pursuing a university degree and couldn't find any software that was truly useful for organizing myself. And it is really useful, I integrate it with Google Calendar and have everything scheduled. My classes and my creative design processes, everything organized. So far, I haven't paid for the plan, I'm happy with the free version, but I don't rule out doing so later because it has really been very useful to me.

Efficient Knowledge Management with Notion AI

  • August 12, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the level of organization that Notion allows and the connectors it has. The built-in Notion AI also saves us time and money. It makes collaboration seamless and page verifications automatically remind me to check the pages for updates/changes regularly, without the use of another tool. Setting up Notion was very easy for me, even before the Notion AI launched, due to the Notion Academy feature which allowed me to learn Notion and become certified.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there could be more formatting choices on the text. I also think that databases could be improved to add more features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion as a complete knowledge base for my employer. It helps me organize efficiently with its connectors and Notion AI, saving time and money.

What do you like best about the product?
The chat bot really helps me transform my ideas into reality. Rather than trying to build matrixes, synce pages, I can just ask the bot to do it for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
N/A- I really like Notion, I only dislike that I dont know how to connect with excel yet
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is helping me manage my workflows. It is also helping me transcribe texts into digestable notes for my team.

Flexible and Feature-Rich

  • August 12, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to embed images, PDFs, and links directly into my notes, which keeps everything organized in one place. The intuitive setup process made it easy for me to get started. Notion’s flexibility and features, like API integration with Jamie.ai, are invaluable, allowing seamless movement and organization of my meeting recordings. Additionally, the connection with Jamie.ai enhances my workflow by providing transcripts, summaries, and tasks for meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it really hard to figure out how to add tags to my documents in Notion, which makes it difficult to search for things easily. I haven't been able to find tags, so I haven't searched for them yet, but I can't find them. I also didn't think the transcript /meeting option was as accurate or detailed as Jamie.ai
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to centralize my meeting notes, screenshots, PDFs, and links, which helps keep everything in one place for easy access and organization. I also use it to store my research and clips.

A powerhouse of flexible tools for managing the work of our business

  • August 12, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of document creation and the power found in its database configuration, make it incredibly flexible for our team to address project management, task tracking, resource management, internal communications, and more all in one place. We had used numerous other products before this one and have solidly landed on Notion as our preferred primary solution for our team. With Notion we can organized information around clients, projects, tasks, and people in the numerous and most productive ways that make the most sense to our work. As a team this is a single most important tool for daily work for our team members. We have paired it with Slack via automations to round out our team communications. Building out our own in house management solution ultimately has been simple and straightforward. We have been able to iteratively improve upon our use of Notion as we go ... discovering new ways to leverage its power to our advantage and integrate the regular new features they keep providing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because this product is not a dedicated solution for project management, resource management, or any of the other ways that people might use it, it does not have a specific point of view on how those things should be executed. By design, it does not align with standards in these areas in order to be more flexible. As a result, managing, maintaining, and communicating about the processes you set up using its flexible features may be more cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is our single point of truth. We have developed the practice of depositing and organizing all our work information into Notion so that we can use its search and AI to quickly get ongoing answers to questions about our clients, projects, and tasks. Notion has brought an easy way to document, organize, and track our work from conception to completion.
