Just Getting Started with Notion.
What do you like best about the product?
The AI has been very helpful for quick research. Haven’t played around with the database stuff yet, but I’m already using it for all my meeting notes, tasks, requests, and tickets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just started using Notion so at this time I do not have any dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is very helpful for research and meeting notes, but I am a beginner so I have not come across any problems to report.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion's tight Integration with the most powerful LLM's allows highly directed queries and some absolutely mindbogglingly good responses and boasts to our productivity and outcomes.
What do you dislike about the product?
This amount of freedom can lead to big messy workspaces, if there's not a consultant or experienced builder on hand for larger implementations in particular.

Go-To Tool for Organization - Notion
What do you like best about the product?
From an ease of use standpoint, it's incredibly intuitive — you don’t need a technical background to get started. The drag-and-drop interface, keyboard shortcuts, and clean design make it easy to organize information the way you want. It’s flexible enough for power users but accessible for beginners too.
In terms of ease of implementation, setting up Notion for our team was straightforward. We were able to import existing documents, build custom templates, and onboard new team members without needing a formal training session. The learning curve is gentle, especially with all the guides and community templates available.
Customer support has also been solid. While I haven’t needed help often, the few times I reached out, the response was quick and helpful. Plus, there’s a strong community and a ton of online resources if you ever get stuck.

I’d also say the mobile app experience could be better. It’s fine for viewing content or making small edits, but trying to do anything complex — like managing databases or editing detailed pages — can feel clunky on a phone or tablet. It’s definitely a tool that works best on desktop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I kept my notes in Google Docs, tracked tasks in Trello or Todoist, stored files in Google Drive, and managed project plans in spreadsheets or long email threads. Everything was spread across different tools, and jumping between them constantly disrupted my focus. Notion fixed that by giving me a single, all-in-one workspace where I can keep everything — from notes and tasks to calendars, wikis, and databases — all in one place. Just having everything centralized has saved me hours every week and made it way easier to stay organized.

Powerful tool when it comes to managing personal projects, tasks, keeping track of data.

Can be overwhelming during the initial setup process.

Allows me to manage projects with other members of my organization while also providing the space to manage personal data/notes.

I love eveyrthing about adding in the pages keeping databases, organising the views and channels.

Sometimes it can be hard to search for the documents you are looking for in the platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps us store all the information as our company intranet system essentially, it is so good at providing the analytics of whos viewed pages, it's easy to share too.

Notion is quite possibly the best at what it does, its easy to use and get started with, customisable and actually has useful features
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that comes to mind, I've yet to encounter anything that specifically puts me off the product
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notions note taking functionality is insane, it allows me to spend my time in meetings focusing on the meeting and not trying to scrible down all the action points to follow up on. When you combine this with the enterprise search you're basically building a mini personal AI of your meeting, docs and pages to surface information to you instantly.
Notion AI for boosting productivity
What do you like best about the product?
I feel notion is a very easy to use product and the AI assistant is quite helpful. I work as Product manager in a B2B SaaS organisation and all teams use notion for managing documents, taking notes and creating artificats for internal as well as external stakeholders. Notion AI acts as a super useful assistant to create, verify and update documents in less than no time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have many things to dislike about notion but the overall formatting components in any document can be improved a bit, they are good today but can be better.

Sometimes Notion can feel slow when loading large pages or databases.

Notion solves the problem of scattered information by giving me one central place to store notes, documents, and tasks. This helps me stay organized, save time, and collaborate more effectively with my team.

It’s very helpful for organizing my work, specially the data base tables and their different view modes, it’s very user friendly

That it’s not so flexible, a function is either it’s built in or it’s not possible to do, there are no work around ways

What do you like best about the product?
I find Notion's central repository incredibly valuable for managing diverse client needs. Its integration with other apps like Google Sheets and QuickBooks Online is excellent, and the AI features are leading-edge, providing insights previously unavailable. Notion's adaptability for ad hoc requirements is impressive, and its pricing is very reasonable.
