What do you like best about the product?
Format, nice clean page, hyper link is properly organized

The search experience is so bad, I cannot find the target note page.

Organised knowledge and easy to share. Comments from different peoples.
The knowledge base tool I've been looking for or years
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is a encouraging tool. It's a friendly environment that encourages you to write and product beautiful content. Once you have your data structure, you can largely forget about the underlying tables and just concentrate on producing content. The search functionality is brilliant the AI search works very well. The fact that it searches across Slack is a mjor plus. It makes Slack far more useful as a tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The terminology around databases is a bit confusing. They're tables really. They can have relational elements but I'd see them as a table. Once i got past this, I found them easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've struggled to document what we know. Notion has given us a tool that can do exactly that and the Search and AI summaries make it very powerful.

I wouldn't say least helpful, but sometimes it gets hard to control some actions.

It's very straigh-forward to use, it performs well with pretty much any kind of question and it's really helpful in quickly retrieving information from the depths of Notion. I use it on a daily basis to find relevant information.

Doesn't perform quite as well as chatGPT does.

Notion AI helps me overcome writer’s block, accelerate brainstorming, and save time on repetitive writing tasks like meeting summaries, task descriptions, and content drafts. It consolidates multiple tools into one workspace, so I no longer need to switch between apps for writing, organizing, and managing projects. The AI makes my workflow smoother by suggesting ideas, rewording content, and summarizing information—freeing up time for higher-level thinking and creative work.
