Love the flexibility and options
What do you like best about the product?
I love the amount of different templates there are, the computing and ability to do math, as well as organizing my information
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it could auto code information for research, and I wish it would auto cite articles. I wish the AI was a bit more robust and able to search through the articles I have listed on the page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is helping me organize my research and take notes for school

sometimes content via the AI assistant takes me to the wrong information but this is minor and rare

What do you like best about the product?
I love that fact that I can rearrange lines and list easily by just dragging them. This is a feature that's unique in Notion, that doesn't appear in Google Docs or any other word processor. There are a lot of templates that make it easy to create a well organized document.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have the business plan for business, and a personal plan. The personal plan only allows for a certain number of rows and no Gcal integration. Unlimited rows and pay per intergration would be a nice model to have, rather than having to buy the full plan.

Keeping me organized and making it easy to write documentation

What do you like best about the product?
It has a great user interface, the documents are easy to find and reading the contents feel less like a chore. I also enjoy the Notion AI feature, I just started at this new job recently, and having the AI be able to find information and help with the context gathering process is incredible, I feel like I have been able to get a much faster head start on my work. I am also surprised by the breadth of the search that the AI is capable of, it was able to find an issue mentioned in a Slack thread that I would have otherwise likely missed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many that I can think of, sometimes formatting leaves a bit to be desired, for instance, I would like to be able to place images inside of list objects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest issue for me right now is just how much information and code there is at the company, combined with the amount of context in our business logic. Having Notion AI makes it much easier for me to find information and speed up my tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and formatting is much simpler than other apps. Writing together in notion is a breeze

the table function is limited. I can't do things like merging the cells

it is a all in one platform that integrates well with other tools. when it comes to writing, I just have to give it a prompt, notion ai is smart enough to expand it into paragraphs. it's also good to use notion as knowledge base to document all the thoughts into a single place.

Moving things around is useful but a bit slow, tables can't be formatted much

Document anything such as experiments, share widely with the company, allow anyone to view and edit them. With Notion AI I find it super useful to write some raw results and say "create a table with them" and it formats them into a table so I don't have to spend time formatting it, can be useful further with other stuff like diagrams etc
Great one stop shop powerhouse

- Being able to write in Markdown, code snippet syntax highlighting that supports many languages
- Generally great UX across all platforms, web, desktop app, mobile app.
- Ability to add Emojis to pages so that there's a visual cue before even going through the content
- Integration with Notion Calendar: nice to have meeting notes linked direct with an event

What do you dislike about the product?
Search functionality is lacking sometimes. It shows me what Notion thinks is the most relevant result, but often times I need to search using different keywords to find what I'm actually looking for.
Page ownership can use some improvement. For example, when a page owner leaves the organization, some pages become unreachable.

Having a central location to gather information that's easy to use for both technical and non-technical users.

What do you like best about the product?
I work for a remote company and there is always a gap in time to get responses, I have been asking Notion AI a few of these questions and help me move faster. Additionally I use it regularly to define my documentation, like rephrase this or expand something.

Sometimes the questions you ask Notion AI can be outdated and some of it is because of outdated documentation, so you always need to double-check the answers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used Notion AI to get quick answers to questions that might have taken much longer to get answers from the relevant person.
Notion AI is also helpful in getting to a first draft of databases that can be used for retros, project planning, bugbash etc.
And I use it to help me refine my writing on documentation like PRDs etc.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can keep my work notes, to-do lists, documentation, etc. in one central hub and share with my team and end users whenever I want. I like how it has integrations to link to external resources. I find that I use it on a daily basis to keep track of my to-do items and take notes instead of using a physical notebook.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that sometimes there are a lot of technical elements that I still need training on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps all of my work to-do items in one centralized location, and it allows my team to keep documentation for our work where users can access it when they need to.

What do you like best about the product?
when using Notion it is easy to focus on the task at even easier to circle back to reference docs I've created for reference. Everything feels connected without having the kitchen sink in front of you.
What do you dislike about the product?
the pre-starter templates once you join. it's a pain to get rid of them, so they just linger in the left-hand menu.

rolling up a massive spreadsheet to a view that make it easy for me to understand what is going on
