Originally brought on for our intranet, it's solving that but it's also benefiting be from a project management tool to see what our team is working on.

From Notes to Projects – All in One Place

  • September 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Notion is how flexible it is while still being easy to use. Setting it up didn’t take much effort, and I was able to create pages and workflows that fit my needs right away. I use it almost daily, whether it’s for quick notes or managing bigger projects, and the wide range of features makes it feel like several tools combined into one.
It also integrates smoothly with other apps I use, which saves me from switching back and forth. I haven’t needed customer support often, but the help articles and community resources have been enough to answer my questions when I was learning. Overall, it’s been simple to adopt and keeps getting better the more I use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawback for me is the learning curve in the beginning. Since it offers so many features, it can feel a little overwhelming until you figure out your setup. Also, when working with very large pages or heavy databases, it can sometimes feel a bit slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me bring everything into one place instead of juggling between multiple apps for notes, tasks, and project tracking. Earlier, I used separate tools for to-do lists, documentation, and planning, which made things messy and hard to manage. With Notion, I can organize all of that in a single workspace, which saves time and keeps me more focused. The flexibility to design my own setup means I can shape it around how I actually work, and that’s been a big benefit for staying consistent and organized.

A Flexible All-in-One Workspace for Teams and Individuals

  • September 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Notion’s flexibility is its biggest strength. It allows me to combine notes, project management, databases, and documentation all in one place. The ability to create custom dashboards, link pages together, and use templates makes it extremely versatile for both personal productivity and team collaboration. I especially appreciate how easy it is to centralize knowledge and keep everything organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve can be steep for new users since there are so many features and customization options. Performance sometimes slows down on large pages or databases, and offline support could be better. The mobile app is functional but not as smooth or powerful as the desktop/web version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me consolidate multiple tools into one platform—no need to switch between separate apps for notes, task management, wikis, or documentation. It solves the problem of scattered information by giving me a single source of truth for both personal projects and team workflows. This saves time, improves collaboration, and makes knowledge sharing much easier. The ability to customize workflows means I can adapt Notion to fit exactly how I work, rather than adjusting my process to fit the tool.

Great for Creating Notes and Trackers

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ease to use the notion app. I create notes on notion almost every-time while studying.
What do you dislike about the product?
Things might get a bit difficult to understand while creating complex trackers. Although the new AI of notion can handle that as well with a single prompt.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me in creating notes, through which I can easily go back and revise them. It has cut down the time of me making notes personally with a pen and paper. Now I can just create a new page about a particular topic and go on writing about anything include images and links as well so that in future I can reference them as well.

The Best Productivity Tool for Teams and Individuals

  • September 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I can use it for almost anything task management, project tracking, note taking or even as a knowledge base. The ability to create custom pages, link databases and collaborate in real-time makes it stand out from other tools. I also love how clean and minimal the interface is, yet it allows me to build complex workflows without feeling overwhelming.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Notion is that it can sometimes feel slow when working with large databases or loading heavy pages. The offline mode also isn’t as smooth as I’d like, which makes it harder to use on the go without a stable internet connection. While the tool is very powerful, the flexibility can be overwhelming for new users, and it takes some time to set up workflows in the beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me bring all my tasks, notes and resources into a single workspace instead of relying on multiple apps. It solves the problem of scattered information by allowing me to organize projects, class/work notes, and documentation in one place. The ability to collaborate with others in real-time also improves teamwork and reduces miscommunication. Overall, it saves me time, keeps me organized, and makes it easier to stay on top of both personal and team responsibilities.
